Yes; that chapter also speaks of the fact that "they are not all Israel which are of Israel."
What I was saying is that the new covenant prophecy of Jeremiah is between God and Israel, not between God and the Jews, and later the Gentiles were included for some reason. And what I was saying also is that the new covenant is between God and Israel, where Israel are not all of Israel. Paul elsewhere in scriptures clarified that those who make up the Israel of God are those who are born according to the Spirit and not those who are born of the flesh. With that, race is of no avail and really of no consequence. Are you a Jew or a descendant of Jacob? Are you a Gentile? That does not make people the Israel of God. Are you born according to the Spirit or not? If so, then you are of Israel.

One can look at it that way. But nothing in there that say or effectively say that Israel there is the church that Jesus Christ said He will build. Not saying that it is or it is not. Just saying Ezekiel does not say.

Once you die in a state of Christ sanctifying grace you are saved at that point and yes once saved always saved
Redemption, Justification, Sanctification, and Salvation!
Redemption: 100 percent the work of God, thru the life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ! All mankind are redeemed in Christ!

MATTHEW 15 [24] But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the LOST SHEEP of the house of Israel.
Jesus said He was not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel

OTHER SHEEP I HAVE.....These “other sheep” are the gentile believers

YET WILL I GATHER OTHERS. Yes, the “others” are the gentiles. As plain as the nose on my face, these “others” are keeping Gods sabbath day. They have taken hold of His covenant. No way around it. So, have “many” come in the name of Jesus and decieved many as the bible said would happen? I reckon so. You must be keeping the sabbath in order to be saved to the kingdom. And not only the sabbath, but you must observe to keep all ten.
PSALM 132 [12] IF THY CHILDREN WILL KEEP MY COVENANT AND MY TESTIMONY that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore.[13] For the Lord hath chosen zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. [14] THIS IS MY REST FOR EVER: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.
Once again found in the scriptures. Who are the children that will joining Jesus in His rest? They who keep the covenant {ten commandments} and the testimony {of Jesus}
REV.12 [16] And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.[17] And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, WHICH KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, AND HAVE THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS CHRIST.

why does Kn 3:5 say by water and the spirit?

John3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. (Baptism)
John 3:22 After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized. 23 And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.(Baptism)
John 4:4 When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John.
Born again means Baptism!

Once again, you 1st repent of your sins and then receive the Holy Spirit. So according to scripture is there something you must do to receive the free gift of grace. Yeah, we must repent of sin and keep Gods 10 commandments
ACTS 2 [36] Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. [37] Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? [38] Then Peter said unto them, REPENT, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, AND YE SHALL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST.
MATTHEW 21 [32] For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, REPENTED NOT AFTERWARD, THAT YE MIGHT BELIEVE him.

The timing is right...to say that it is at the moment of first faith.
