As I understand it, it is Satan who is the accuser. Being right or wrong is incidental and beside the point.

Evildoers will determine their own outcome not you or I. Our job is to be known by our fruits .....fruits that draw and encourage the failing to a better way......and that is not being an accuser. Taking stock of this attitude would do us all good ....including myself.
