Hi Chris, I think this list of false teachers fits GIMSYS, not CL. I think you two got your wires crossed and lot's of assuming going on too She is no name it claim it, blab and grab it speak it into existence kind of gal, by a long shot. Yes, her and I do disagree on the sinlessness teaching...so far. But I am open to understanding more of the teachings on the difference in types of sin; trespasses, transgression, sin unto death. So far, I stand on scriptures like
1 John 2:1-
"My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you might not sin. And if anyone should sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous One."

Therefore, to me...after being born of Him, yes...we can still sin but, who wants to sin?? Not me! but I do miss the mark in areas. Yet, I will still keep my mind open and my discernment sharpened to understand others I disagree with. I love her, she is my sister and I do not agree with some things, but I do agree with way more than I do not, with @CharismaticLady

I'm just giving her back what she gives me with calvin when I never once mention him and I'm not a follower of his even though there might be some similarities with total depravity. But James Armimius ( founder of Arminians) taught the very same thing.

And I believe Scripture declares in numerous places there is none who does good no not one, there is none righteous no not one, man is dead in his trespasses and sins, a slave to sin and sin is his master, and man is born of the world and the ruler of this world they are under until God draws, enables and regenerates man. Until then man cannot do a thing about his natural condition in sin.

The only thing I have against word of faith teachers is the error of claiming your own will, rather than listening for God's will. Also any mention of "seed faith" which I feel is just plain extortion! But, then again, any denomination that teaches that we are not under the law EXCEPT for tithing, are teaching a manipulative false doctrine. So do we throw out the whole denomination because of one error, even though we are not to even have lunch with an extortionist? How about two errors? How about three errors? How about all errors? Personally, this is why I threw out all doctrines and went no denominations. I prayed and told God I was starting over and want to know what He means by every verse in the Bible. He has answered and rewired my brain. Now, my personal doctrines I teach do not resemble any denomination, and having discovered that Keith and Larry Surface also threw out everything and only teach what God teaches them directly, I'm finally not alone. I'm so glad that my missionary friend who doesn't understand a thing I teach (she's Lutheran), told me about these two men that she doesn't understand either, but they teach the same thing I do. I was astonished, and jumped for joy when I read their doctrines and beliefs. I sure wish I could share the other things I've learned, that they haven't mentioned. I'm sure they have things I could benefit by too.
