I used to think that you could accidentally take the mark of the beast. That gave me anxiety about reading Revelation in the past.

But the mark of the beast will be a clear voluntary allegiance to Satan in exchange for worldly comfort.

Like a lot of the Bible, it is written for both them and us. I think as these prophecies unfold, we will understand the book much better. There are things in that book that are pretty straightforward and things that are metaphorical.

I think it is the most amazing book of the Bible. It is by far my favorite book and I think we will see it unfold and in our time.
