  • “If evil were not made to appear attractive, there would be no such thing as temptation. It is in the close similarity between good and evil, right and wrong, that the danger lies.”
    ~ Billy Graham
Because the Bible is not up for debate.
I don’t follow religion, I follow Jesus Christ.
I don’t lean on tradition, I stand on Scripture.
I don’t water down the gospel to make people comfortable. I proclaim it as God gave it.
Knowing verses means nothing if you don’t believe them as God wrote them. “Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth” (2 Timothy 3:7).
"When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work, because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation"

    ~ Adrian Rogers
Romans 11:1–2 – “Has God rejected His people? By no means!” Paul, inspired by the Spirit, affirms that God has not cast off Israel, emphasizing that he himself is an Israelite. This directly counters the idea that Israel is no longer relevant.
"You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word." ~ Psalm 119:114
"As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him."
    ~ Psalm 18:30
"If Jesus had preached the same message that ministers preach today, He would never have been crucified."
    ~ Leonard Ravenhill
"Prove all things; hold fast that which is good." ~ 1 Thessalonians 5:21 Testing everything, not by feelings, boundaries, or opinions, but by the standard of God's Word.
God’s justice is impartial. His mercy is offered to all, but only those in Christ will escape wrath. (Romans 2:11, John 3:36)
False teachers don’t always show up with obvious lies. They creep in quietly, mixing truth with poison, and the end result is destruction, for themselves and for those who follow them. That’s why we must test everything by Scripture and reject anything that doesn’t line up with the Word of God. see ~ 2 Peter 2:1

I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts. On the glorious splendor of your majesty, and on your wondrous works, I will meditate. ~ Psalms 145:1-5
“When will we realize that one of the greatest mission fields in the West is the pews of our churches every Sunday morning?”
    ~ Paul Washer

I honestly while I love him as a brother in Christ, I don't like him.

I realized it half a century ago.
“The reason why many are still troubled, still seeking, still making little forward progress is because they haven't yet come to the end of themselves. We're still trying to give orders, and interfering with God's work within us. ”
    ~ A.W. Tozer
"Jesus Christ knows the worst about you. Nonetheless, He is the one who loves you the most."

Jesus loves me but he doesn’t love me more than my heavenly Father does.
Paul and Christ both consistently made the case that it is every Christian's duty to study and interpret Scripture rightly (2 Timothy 2:15, Matthew 11:15; 13:9, 16, Mark 4:9)
The Prophets and Apostles were not hated and killed for preaching love, but for preaching truth.
"Prayer is not an argument with God to persuade him to move things our way, but an exercise by which we are enabled by his Spirit to move ourselves his way."

    ~ Leonard Ravenhill
