we saw with our own eyes that they refused to let the questions be brought up. They just began to delete the questions and wouldn’t allow them on various platforms. Questions became “misinformation” and were removed. There are those in this very thread who try to continue the tactic and want the op removed rather than for it to be examined as to truth or falsity by men. If it’s false, why the sweaty fear and ugliness?

I do not believe the quote attributed to Montagnier is correct and I do not like the tactic used to try to get people to watch the video (which, by the way, I was finally able to view and it was bringing up the questions so it was a good video for bringing up the questions rather than trying to bury them.) I just don’t like the falsely attributed quote. It would be like if...I wanted to tell men about Jesus and said something untrue to try tocatch their ear and draw them in. Do you see?

If men will not think, just leave them to choose a side as they are being corralled to do, and if they can and will think and observe, the tactic is not necessary.

Here’s the thought that came to me. Is it really investigating if one side is suppressed? I mean, that necessarily means you have only investigated one side, (the only side you were allowed access to), which isn’t really investigation. That would be like a detective saying, I investigated it and the husband did not murder his wife, while all along, the witness to the crime was tied and muzzled in the bathroom...and if the detective had rattled the knob and said, what’s in this dark and locked room, and the husband said, well sir, a liar is locked up in there and you can’t have access to him because he might sway your investigation with his lies, would you expect the detective to say, oh, okay, thanks for your help with my investigation??

It sort of becomes like when they imprisoned that man for saying it was the earth that revolved around the sun rather than the reverse...if it’s false, why the sweaty fear....?

The fact remains that the death rates have increased in every country which began the vaccination programs. And the fact remains that those who were fully vaccinated (e.g. Bill Maher) have then tested positive for COVID. There needs to be an honest explanation of these anomalies.

Actually, no, that’s not what I was talking about. I was talking about the op in this thread. Not only did they use sensationalism, which is quite fair (even though I only like sensationalism in movie trailers maybe), but they attributed a quote to Montagnier I do not believe he said. They did it to get you to watch a very valid video. So I think they told you a lie they felt to be “for the good of mankind.” That is a sick tactic and I wish they wouldn’t use it, even if I agree with the actual video. If they use the same sick tactics as “the other side” it makes me cross!

As long as I don't get cynical or bitter about the world, I could careless about what doctors and politicians try to do for us. I am not a doctor or a politician so what do I really know about it anyway?

More often than not, I am happily surprised by human ingenuity and when it happens, I am grateful because I know God is behind it all. The development of this vaccine is one of these times

The world can be a scary place to some and it is certainly evil.
But we can discern the facts at best we can and report them here.
And we can speak up about our own areas and report real information.
What is going on in your own area is important to share so please do that.

You need to help to convince them to report the facts.
There is a lot of dishonesty going on, we need to do the best we can to talk about facts....
You can even say, I cannot confirm this but this is stuff that is running around.
There are things happening now that would not have happened a few years back.
We just have to deal with it.

SBG, I gotta admit that it wasn't the video makers that created that quote. That was a separate message I posted not linked at all to the video. The reason I posted it though was off a similar vein to what you are alluding to. To excite and elicit conversation and contributions from people such as yourself and Enoch and others who are infinitely more informed than me. I want to learn. But I want to learn without the angst between members here and the bitterness expressed in some posts... So unnecessary. So I'm sorry if I have incited people's emotions. Unfortunately they world in general is becoming increasingly offended by stuff they disagree with and reacting poorly. As I mentioned to someone else earlier, the world is in crisis. Yep years ago people would be calm and reasonable. But crisis has revealed character. I think people here who know they have been unreasonable and perhaps insulting need to take stock. You are not ready to meet Jesus when He comes. You may like to hang out here with folk, and that's great, but it isn't enough. You may like knowledge and truth, but you need to be sanctified by it.

Okay. Something came to mind as I was reading this post... Totally unrelated to the OP, but it's my OP and I can do what I want with it right? Lol.
I have seen very similar attitudes in other Christian forums. Not this one praise God. But I have been involved in discussions regarding certain "hot topics" such as the Sabbath and other issues linked to my SDA beliefs. Often they get shut down very early on the pretext that heresy isn't permitted to be discussed. Your man in the bathroom was a heretic, so his views are unimportant and irrelevant to the investigation. Just sayin.

Oh please. That article dealt with the bloke Yeadon and his claims concerning fertility. That is just one question or challenge brought up in the video. Just one. And it wasn't a debunking. It was a disagreement with a great deal of character assassination thrown in for good measure.
I have seen similar tactics been used against Christian scientists who teach against the popular and official line of evolution. Hints that he has lost his marbles. Ignoring the real science. Uncharacteristic. Disappointing etc etc. It is a tactic used by most anyone in a Christian forum when for lack of real argument they must resort to innuendo and suggestion of a lack of education or biblical understanding etc etc. It was a tactic used against me personally when I questioned someone the other day on global warming. I was met with a vehement tirade of long words and positive assertions that added up to nothing. I'm quite happy to hear real information on any topic then make a judgement call. The most I hear regarding the vaccine is media hype, Hollywood celebrities telling me I don't love grandma, and a shutting down and abuse of anyone asking questions. That last one has been the clincher for me. What are they afraid of?

Okay, so you fessed up and that’s good. But you need to post links along with a very brief synopsis of what we will be hearing or seeing, so people can choose if they want to hear or see something about that topic. I think admin will want to discuss with you to make sure you don’t do that again (or maybe not), but I do not think they would ban you for apologizing and telling the truth. They’re pretty good guys.

You should change your op (in my opinion) to the link with a brief explanation like...I think this video brings up some valid points about the COVID vaccine.

well, no, that’s kind of different. If you go to a site like this one, it’s privately owned and they have a statement about their beliefs and what topics or things they won’t allow. You agree when you join to follow certain rules they’ve established. Here, they do allow you to talk about things in certain areas and move threads there rather than kicking you out. It would be like if I went to a site with a mission statement saying they were SDA and I went and started trying to push my views on them. It would be bad behavior for me to do that. They have every right to kick me out for not following their rules on their website.
