Ok, so I've been through so many struggle as you know if you've read my previous posts, but now heres what it comes down to.

I want to accept Christ.
I just dont want to give up some of my actions that are not "holy".
For instance, I don't believe admiring beauty in someone my age is "wrong"!
So, won't I have to give that up if I accept Jesus?

Help?

We come on His terms not ours.
Drop the dictates.
We come as guilty sinners, He cleans and molds us to His image.
As long as you dictate what you want and don't want your telling Him you still are in charge.
As God, He has great gifts for you.
As long as you persist in playing god you are hiding from His grace under your throne.

Beauty is for us to behold. God made everything beautiful! However, when it crosses over into lust, then we need to confess it and repent of it. If not, then what is happening is that we are diagreeing with God, and that is sin, and will impede our walk with God.

Come to Christ, and let Him take care of your weaknesses. He is the master at turning our weaknesses into strengths. A weakness of any kind is no reason to hold back giving Him our life! Do it today! You will never regret it!

When you slip up in anything, He is right there to offer you forgiveness and a loving hand to help you get right back on the path, walking side by side with Him. Jesus doesn;t expect us to change on our own strngth. He is our helper and He will change us as we follow Him and His word.

2 Corinthians 12:10
That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

2 Corinthians 13:9
We are glad to seem weak if it helps show that you are actually strong. We pray that you will become mature.

Believe; do you or don't you? If you believe you have accepted.

Oh darling, just give it all to Jesus and continue to look at the beautiful things He has created, When you accept Him, you do not have to worry about not being Holy...He will work out that part and He will teach you His way...Not mine nor anothers way, but His...He will change in you, what He wants changed...Not what others thinks need changing...Just give it to Him and let Him deal with your life and enjoy knowing that He is your Saviour, and Lord...

Hi qwerty!

When you ask Jesus into your life...he accepts you the way that you are. It's about your heart and relationship with him. As you grow and mature in your walk with Jesus, those things that you thought were so important to you will no longer seem that way and you will eventually find that they are nothing compared to what you have found. Just step out by faith and receive that free gift of salvation which brings you eternal life. You will never regret that decision.

Bless you brother!

show me verse to prove that disagreeing with God is a sin

Come to Christ, and let Him take care of your weaknesses

Whenever i try my whole heart is never in it..part of my heart is saying, "You don't really mean this"

Jesus will let you know what is loving behavior and what is not.

What do you mean?
Could you please go into details about "loving behavior" because im not getting your point

Just step out by faith and receive that free gift of salvation which brings you eternal life. You will never regret that decision.

And what does it mean to "step out by faith"? saying "Oh, i don't really know about this about im going to do i anyway." ?

Why are you being aggressive about this? Your accepted at salvation because you asked Jesus into your life, not because of anything else. He is not going to say no because you have a few pet hang ups. He already knows that....

Shalom!!!

Confess means to agree with. when we confess our sin to God we are agreeing with Him that we have sinned and then need to repent or turn away from it. When we refuse to confess, we are disagreeing with God, adn are retaining the sin.

Whenever i try my whole heart is never in it..part of my heart is saying, "You don't really mean this"

Sincerity is an important ingredient. I will pray that God will bring you to that point of true repentance. Don't forget that you may be listening to the voice of the enemy who is actually saying to you, "You don't really mean this!" and you are thinking it is your own thought---it isn't always. Satan hates people who repent to God! He will do anything to stop you, and his whispers mimic our thoughts.

I'm not being aggressive, sorry if it sounds that way.

Yes but i think if I say "Lord send your Holy Spirit in me and turn my life around and forgive all my sins, then I should have my whole heart in it, and every time i try, i dont.

I still think you are missing the whole point. If you believe Jesus is the Christ, that is He died on the cross for your sins, was raised on the third day to take His position at the right hand of the throne of God, then you have accepted Jesus. Where you might be confused is in thinking all your old desires and habits will immediately fall away. Although this may be the case in some people, in most it is not. We as believers are being transformed into being Christ like. As we become more like Him, the less we will like the old things. How do we become more like Him? Start by reading the Bible. Put it into practice, serve somewhere. A soup kitchen, a hospital, a nursing home, a neighbors house, the list goes on and on. And most importantly pray. Speak to God and establish a relationship. Be honest with Him and yourself and don't fake it. Ask Him to fill the void you are feeling. Finally you need to decide to live your life serving Him and not yourself.
In the love of Christ,
Shalom
