I would'nt want to be associated with that number either if I can help it, but if I had to, I would just pray and plead the Blood over whatever it was.

666 is nothing at all, as it is just another number.
The 666 in the bible is about representing something and that's all.
If one looks at the number in fear that's superstition.

It is just superstitious - we all have some sort of superstitious ideas in our heads.

If Jesus gives us the ability to deal with evil (Luke 10:19), then numbers are nothing. I had people send me stuff when this forum had 666 posts and 666 members like we were supposed to skip those numbers or something. We have power over that kind of thing, and I think it can become a tool of the enemy if we are not careful.

How refreshing! A clean and accurate perspective! Sadly many are more interested in darkness rather than light.

We have nothing to fear from satan. Right now, satan is being restrained when we walk/journey with The Lord on the "Street called Straight" (when our spirit is compatable with The Lord's)

........it was the JEWS who were to aim for the "strait GATE" (in their worship of God, God was not Abba "FATHER" to them, they didn't know of a SON, so they didn't call Him "FATHER", but "Jehovah"). Their worship necessarily included a "six working days" GATE.

Ezekiel 46:1
"six working days......GATE".

The "Lord's Day" is now the ETERNAL SABBATH (we have eternal rest in Jesus and ETERNAL PURIFICATION (the Jews had to perform sacrifices/rituals every year on the day of atonement ,....their purification was NOT "eternal" (Hebrews 1:3) and the "blood of bulls and goats" could not truly take away "sin", Hebrews 10:4).

It is good and wise for an unbeliever to learn to FEAR The Lord (it is the BEGINNING of wisdom), but when we come to know The Lord, our love should be made perfect (PERFECT love casts out fear) and we should no longer resent or fear our Lord's reproach (don't you WANT Him to teach you the error of YOUR way? whenever AND IF He decides it's necessary).

...and we should live the "LAW" pf LIBERTY (James 1:25 an James 2:12) because MOSAIC LAW (the combination of what he brought down from the mountain AND his own rules/ordinances) was ABOLISHED...

Ephesians 2:15

Spiritual FEAR has absolutely NO PLACE in a believer's life.

THE most important ATTITUDE that a believer should have is that they should "LOVE" the truth instead of simply LIKE the truth (being understood properly when you speak means to 'speak in no uncertain terms' so as to ensure you GIVE the other person THE TRUTH OF WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY (no uncertainty or deception)

"because they refused to LOVE the truth AND SO BE SAVED"...(2 Thessalonians 2:6).

....so God had Pilate ask "What is TRUTH" (John 18:38) in order that we might notice the significance of "TRUTH" (it is uncommon that we are so careful).

Jesus came in the "fulness of time" (the completion and end of time). Jesus ended the age of time and began the age of eternity.

....giving us His Holy Spirit ETERNALLY....(the "ETERNITY" spirit, Hebrews 9:14) so that His "eternal spirit" can teach us how to always do things right so that our conscience will be clear every day

Seventeen years after the crucifixion, the Jews that came to Christ as being their promised Messiah decided at the "Incident at Antioch" (a meeting of the Council of Jerusalem) to no longer be "members of THE WAY" because they still wanted to follow MOSAIC LAW (known as "circumcision").
