No, no, no, you cannot just slap that Ezekiel 40-47 Scripture back to past history when a small remnant of the "house of Judah" returned to Jerusalem from their Babylon captivity. Those Ezekiel 40 thru 47 Chapters are all future... events that have never to this day had any application in history.
If anyone is slapping it back to Ezekial's day there slapping it back to where it belongs from the people who originally drop kicked it in to the future. There was more than a small remnant, the return spanned over 75-80 yrs. It did start small though. If there will be a millennial temple, the "glory of the Lord" won't dwell there because Christ will be here in person. In Ez. 43;10-11 it explains why it wasn't built to specs and who is Ezekial supposed to tell and show the plans to? The fact that it was supposed to be the 2nd temple is the "only" reason sacrifices are mentioned. They and the law will never return. In the millennial era cp. 44 will never happen. It is most likely that the land division might remain the same but all those rules and regs absolutely not. It's almost blasphemous to suggest the Christ's eternal sacrifice would not be sufficient in the millennial era and That He would return to a way of worship that He already fulfilled and completed.

Nope. That's not a valid interpretation of those Ezekiel 40 thru 47 Chapters, regardless of how much deceived Amillennialists want it to be.

The Ezekiel temple has never... been built. It's dimensions and layout are different from all the previous temples built in Jerusalem. And just mention of it in association with God's River of the Waters of Life and the Tree of Life witness like Revelation 22 gives is solidly enough to know... for sure that has yet to come to pass. So you might deceive those who don't study their Old Testament, but not those of us who do study our Old Testament Books.

I agree it's never been built because as I showed you, Israel didn't repent sufficiently enough, Ez. 43;10-11. There may be a millennial temple but it won't be that one as its time has passed and all those things won't be needed. It was supposed to be a temple of the law, but in the millennium it will be a temple of grace, thus that style won't be needed. Btw, I am a futurist but that is the reality, neither we, the church nor born again Israel will need that style of temple. If anything, it will be more like a mega church.

Nope, not what that Ezekiel 43 Scripture means. Your interpretation is a fabrication.

The below Ezekiel 43 Scripture is about the FUTURE, when God will place His Throne in the midst of children of Israel "for ever", God says there. And He points specifically... to the "house of Israel" which applies ONLY to the ten scattered tribes of Israel. So that's another prophetic parameter requirement in the below, i.e., the gathering back to the ten lost tribes, which has never happened to this day.

Ezek 43:7-12
7 And He said unto me, "Son of man,
the place of My throne, and the place of the soles of My feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and My holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.

8 In their setting of their threshold by My thresholds, and their post by My posts, and the wall between Me and them, they have even defiled My holy name by their abominations that they have committed: wherefore I have consumed them in Mine anger.

9 Now let them put away their whoredom, and the carcases of their kings, far from Me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.

10
Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.
11 And if they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them.
12 This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.
KJV

Do you recall John 14 where Jesus said He goes to prepare a place for His disciples, that in His Father's "house" are many "mansions" (i.e., abodes)? That is the above subject with that "law of the house". The children of Israel will follow that law in Christ's Millennial reign and thereafter. That's why Apostle Paul said in Colossians 2 that we are not to judge those who keep or don't keep the holy days, new moons, and sabbaths, because those things "are a shadow of things to come." (Col.2:16-17)

The context of Ez. 43 focuses on vss. 10-11. It was a prophecy about a future that 'could have" been fulfilled at that time. The blue lines from 7-9 are why they were in captivity to begin with. Vs. 11 is telling Daniel to show the pattern to the people returning from exile, not people 2500 yrs. in the future. If it was built in that time, then vs. 12 would have prevailed. But all of it became a moot point because they failed vs. 11.

No it isn't. You let some idiot plant that idea in your mind.

That Ezekiel 43 Chapter is a type of rebuke from God specific to the ten tribed "house of Israel" about their having fallen away from Him in the past, and now He tells them to 'measure' the Ezekiel temple as a way to express their past shame. The following verses proves God is speaking to them regarding when that temple will be built after Christ's return...

Ezek 43:7
7 And He said unto me, Son of man, the place of Hy throne, and the place of the soles of Hy feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and Hy holy name,
shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.
KJV

God said that to Ezekiel after... giving the measurements of Ezekiel's temple. He says the "house of Israel" (ten lost tribes) shall no more defile His holy name by what they had done. That means AT THAT POINT the "house of Israel" do not sin against The LORD anymore, so when would that be? Once Jesus returns.

This idea is continued into the next Ezekiel 44 Chapter also...

Ezek 44:6-16
6 And thou shalt say to the rebellious, even to
the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O ye house of Israel, let it suffice you of all your abominations,

7 In that ye have brought into My sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary, to pollute it, even My house, when ye offer My bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken My covenant because of all your abominations.
8 And ye have not kept the charge of Mine holy things: but ye have set keepers of My charge in My sanctuary for yourselves.

That is what the children of Israel did in the past. They allowed bondservants of the Canaanite nations to become servants in the 2nd temple in Jerusalem when they were not supposed to be near the Altar.

9 Thus saith the Lord GOD; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into My sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel.

But in the future temple, the Ezekiel temple God gave the new measurements to, it will be built when Jesus returns, and God purges the sins of Jacob. Then none of the Canaanites will be allowed in that Millennial "sanctuary".

10 And the Levites that are gone away far from Me, when Israel went astray, which went astray away from Me after their idols; they shall even bear their iniquity.
11 Yet they shall be ministers in My sanctuary, having charge at the gates of the house, and ministering to the house: they shall slay the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister unto them.
12 Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up Mine hand against them, saith the Lord GOD, and they shall bear their iniquity.
13 And they shall not come near unto Me, to do the office of a priest unto Me, nor to come near to any of My holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
14 But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all that shall be done therein.

Those Levite priests who went astray when Israel fell to idol worship will still be given charge of God's 'house', and its service, but not allowed to approach Christ at His table to serve Him.

15 But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of My sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from Me, they shall come near to Me to minister unto Me, and they shall stand before Me to offer unto Me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord GOD:
16 They shall enter into My sanctuary, and they shall come near to My table, to minister unto Me, and they shall keep My charge.
KJV

But these Levites, the sons of Zadok, which is put for The Just (meaning of Zadok), represent the faithful elect of Christ's Church. Only they will be allowed to approach Jesus in that future Millennial time to serve Him at His table.

Thus the TIMELINE of all this is still FUTURE for AFTER Jesus has returned, and is reigning IN JERUSALEM ON EARTH over all peoples and nations. The last 8 Chapters of the Book of Ezekiel are all future Millennial Chapters.

That's why Apostle Paul said in Colossians 2 that we are not to judge those who keep or don't keep the holy days, new moons, and sabbaths, because those things "are a shadow of things to come." (Col.2:16-17)
Colossians 2:16-17 is not talking about things that are a shadow of things that are still to come in the future. Those are things related to the old covenant which included animal sacrifices that were a shadow of Christ's once for all sacrifice. Those things are not a shadow of things still to come in our future. That is ridiculous.

Colossians 2:16 Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. 17 These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.

Those things all pointed ahead to Christ, not to things still to come in the future. Good grief.

Those things are not a shadow of things still to come in our future. That is ridiculous.

Christ Jesus is the Perfect Sacrifice for one and all time. We know that per Hebrews 9. That shadow does not mean real animal sacrifices, but those in Christ STILL DO observe the IDEA of sacrifice, for have you not read, "By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name." (Heb.13:15)

Those Ezekiel Chapters mention the "law of the house", meaning God's 'house', the Father's 'house which Jesus mentioned in John 14 which has many abodes ("mansions"). We will... follow God's Law in that future time, not the old covenant, but God's Law which Lord Jesus did NOT nail to His cross. And if you wrongly think Lord Jesus nailed all of God's Law to His cross, then it means you have taken part in pushing 'lawlessness'.
