Whom I love very much, and has been my best friend since my birth. Her husband (my stepdad) has recently divorced her. She is very shaken to the core from this. She only gets about 2 to 3 hours of sleep a night. He made her promises of a good life and a great house. We are now selling the house. He opened up multiple credit cards in her name and racked up a total of $23,000 on them - WHICH SHE NOW HAS TO PAY. Shes always been an at home mom and she lives with me, my two cousins, and my sister. It really does seem impossible that we will be able to survive. It is times like these that we really must learn to trust our Creator..Please brothers and sisters in christ - pray for my mother - she is in great pain everyday.

I will. But there is nothing to fear, Christ is with you. Stay faithful that Christ will deliver you. STAY POSITIVE.

Geez, I have a lot of friends that have divorced parents. Its a crying shame that a stable, two-parent household has become a LUXURY in this country. Ridiculous. It should be something that everyone can enjoy. You will definitely need the Lord's help during this time. Feel free to take as much as you need.

My parents are also divorced, ever since I was just a few months old. I know how hard it can be. I will keep your entire family in my prayers!

Father, thank you that you are a father in every sense of the word. You are the perfect picture of what a loving father should be. You don't just wait for us to come to you. At first sign of us making an effort in your direction, you run to us. I pray that my friend here and mom will remember that your arms are strong and you will supply all of their needs according to Your great riches (Philippians 4:19). When we find you're all we have, we find you're all we need! May they surround themselves with Your words every day and seek Christian friends and guidance. I pray that you will send Godly influences into their lives that won't just talk the talk but will walk the walk in helping to take care of their needs. This is such a hard situation. It's tough to feel so heart-broken. Your Word says you are close to those with a broken heart. (Psalm 34) You are the healer of our souls. May they find the still waters of rest as they seek you. In Jesus' name. Amen.
