When a person is born again you can separate the spirit because spirit is perfect now because of Christ our life.
Set it aside because you will not have to deal with it as you did before salvation.
You realise I'm talking about your seach of the scriptures. What you see now in Paul's epistles is him teaching you what happened in spirit so your soul-mind will know it.
When God looks at a person with Christ in them, that person is perfect in His sight, that is spirit.
We go around judging everyone based on soul whether they are saved or not.
If you haven't noticed yet your soulish judgements go far lacking.
But we feel good about it so it must be so.
If someone has a different doctrine than you, a different understanding, they read and see the scriptures different, we deem them heretics and how could they be saved. Sound familiar to another age of time we label "the dark ages."
Where; if you did not believe like everyone else you were eliminated.
When all the time our Father sees a Christ-person, 1Cor. 1:30

30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

When Christians look at each other, they see what they do, they watch each other to make sure they measure up to a form of Christianity that is developed by the gospel of correction they listen to day in and day out.
Has not nothing to do with the gospel of God, but they make good little sheriffs and they are sure their doing what God called them to do.
When our Father looks at you He sees a completed person by Christ in them.
He sees Jesus, He sees what Christ did on the cross that allows Him to see Christ in you the hope of glory.

He sees Christ in you through the cross. Through the cross You have become everything, not on your own, but through what Jesus accomplished at the cross.
It is finished and you cannot add to it. You cannot get more of God in you. You cannot get more of Christ in you.
Christ comes into you by a birthing. When the seed of God, Christ, is put into you at the birthing, no more is needed.
One little seed does it all, creating a new person. Christ in you comes by "the incorruptible seed," 1 Peter 1:23.
When it is joined to you, the two become one, and it constitutes a finished work.
Christ in you.

Jn 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
1Cor 15:50
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

It seems that these 2 verses, taken together, destroy the idea that one can be born again without being resurrected.

Born again is to be resurrected. There is NO other way to reconcile both verses. Only Christ has been born again. His 1st birth was of water. His 2nd birth was of the Spirit/

Not saying that you're right or wrong, but consider this.
Colossians 1:13 "Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

has is a past tense desigination, meaning it was already done. but the apostle Paul said, "flesh and blood cannot inherit"

inherit means to receive. have we recieved our new bodies yet?... NO, scripture,
Romans 8:23 "And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

Romans 8:24 "For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

Romans 8:25 "But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

we have the first fruit, the "Gifts", but our bodies must be redeemed also. so we're redeemed spiritually, and placed into the body of Christ by the Spirit. hence BAPTISM, and the work of the cross, RESURRECTION.
Romans 7:4 "Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Romans 8:10 "And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Now being BORN
1 John 5:18 "We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

this is the renewing of the MIND where the soul has residence.

so we're born again in spirit, and in body, scripture,
John 3:6 "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

a study of the "MIND" spirit and soul might be needed.

The mind ("the understanding") is an important part of the soul, and when a person is regenerated (born again), the mind is renewed. The mind should not be divorced from the spirit either.

What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding* also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding* also. (1 Cor 14:15)

Strong's Concordance (3563)
*nous: mind, understanding, reason
Original Word: νοῦς, νοός, νοΐ, νοῦν, ὁ
Part of Speech: Noun, Masculine
Transliteration: nous
Phonetic Spelling: (nooce)
Definition: mind, understanding, reason
Usage: the mind, the reason, the reasoning faculty, intellect.

Since everything in Paul's Acts epistles was based on the OT, Acts of the apostles 26:22, and NOTHING in his post-Acts epistles was based on the OT, since it was hid in God since the world began, Ephesians 3:9, Colossians 1:26, it is impossible that any quotes from one dispensation (during Acts) can be mingled with quotes from the other dispensation (after Acts), in order to prove your point. In this case, those in the all-Israel Acts had a Hope of the New Jerusalem, which isn't Heaven. Those Gentiles after Acts had a hope of the Highest Heaven, God's abode, Ephesians 1:20, Ephesians 2:6. Different times, different people, different Calling, different Hope, different dispensation, different EVERYTHING. Nothing in common, except for Christ.

When God is All in All, the entire Universe will be the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of His Dear Son is the Kingdom in the Highest Heaven, where Christ sits at the right hand of God, Ephesians 1:20. Only today's Gentiles, and those few Jews that believe in Christ as Savior, well ever go there.

We, who God foresaw that have the eyes of understanding to be able to SEE the Hope of His Calling, Ephesians 1:7-18, found ONLY in Paul's 7 post-Acts epistles, were chosen and predestined before the foundation of the World, Ephesians 1:4, Ephesians 1:5, Ephesians 1:11.

From what I've seen in the past 30 years, I don't believe God will give anyone the eyes to SEE their Hope in Eph, Col, etc., Ephesians 1:17-18, unless:
1- They understand that their Hope is found ONLY in Paul's post-Acts epistles
2- They have a strong desire to be able to SEE their Hope in Paul's post-Acts epistles
3- They realize that they must give up everything that was given ONLY to Israel, that most Gentiles have stolen and claimed as their own, and are attempting to get rid of these things from their personal doctrine.

Here's a short list of Israel things that were never, ever given to any Gentile today (Search and See!), and, if one wants to go to Heaven, one MUST start eliminating them from their doctrine. Anything EVER given to Gentiles today is found ONLY in Paul's post-Acts Books - Eph, Phil, Col, 1&2Tim, Titus, and Philemon. If it's not in those 7 books, it's not given to anyone living today.

I truly believe that retaining these things in one's doctrine will prevent a person from going to Heaven. The reason is that, it is obvious that the person doesn't believe God's Word. God has provided a way to correct this, by 2Tim 2:15,rightly dividing, correctly cutting, God's word. Cut God's Word between Acts and Ephesians and the problem is solved.

Today’s Gentiles will either go to Heaven (those that can see their Calling) or end up on the New Earth (those that can't see their Calling). Remember that Many are Called but Few are Chosen.

Nothing on this list was ever given to Gentiles today. Get rid of these things and the 100s of other things Christendom has stolen from Israel. Except for Christ, NOTHING EVER given or taught to Israel was EVER given or taught to today's Gentiles.
---the Lord's prayer
---the Lord's supper,
---Christ's gospel of the Kingdom
---the Great Commission
---the churches in the Gospels and Acts (we have a brand new church in Eph and Col),
---the New Covenant,
---the sermon on the mount,
---all or any part of the Law,
---water baptism,
---the Gifts of the Spirit,
---the idea that we are the seed of Abraham and Abraham is our Father,
---the New Jerusalem,
---the idea that we Gentiles are now part of Israel, in any way, whatsoever
---and, of course, Satan's favorite ploy, the Rapture, his big lie that sucks people into Acts and keeps them out of Heaven
