We all need to be aware that our opinions can sound like madness to others. I mean, if we think everyone is crazy but us, then there's a problem.

I would love to get a TRUE mortality rate for this virus. We CANNOT use confirmed cases to get an accurate count. It's so frustrating to me that this has become a political hot potato!

From what I'm hearing, the young (who probably would have been affected with no lockdown) are being affected more now than before, so the death rate will probably be much lower among this population. I hope this will be the case.

It's very possible that we're seeing an upswing in reported cases due to testing being available. When this thing started, tests had to be developed, and then only first responders and those hospitalized were being tested. Now, tests are available to the general population.

Very true. Dr. Brueks (sp) said that the rioters are getting tested and I am pretty sure it is them.

So far, most of the people who have died due to Trump's bungling of the pandemic, have been older than that. But yes, his lack of leadership has killed some younger people as well.

I am glad a judge told his adminstration it can't keep children locked up exposed to coronavirus.

With coronavirus outbreaks continuing to spread across the world, the United States is "likely" to see a shortage of generic pharmaceutical drugs, according to a new federal intelligence report obtained by ABC News.

The report, prepared by the Department of Homeland Security and distributed Thursday to law enforcement and government agencies around the country, warned that the U.S. is already seeing shortages of more than 200 drugs and medical supplies due to strains on the supply chain caused by international shutdowns early on in the pandemic.

Those shortages would only be made worse should unchecked outbreaks force yet another round of widespread shutdowns, the analysts concluded, further straining the system in a way that many U.S.-based pharmaceutical companies would be "unable to quickly offset."
