Once saved, always saved is a myth.

No one said you did, I’m just speaking general terms now. Maybe it be best we have a break, huh?

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

If people wanna be an authority they need to tell you where they get that authority… Never let someone else dominate your faith… or say your not a Christian while you still believe in the gospel…

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

Is that all you know how to do is just be a smart Alec to me? It wasnt a loaded gun. Damn people on the internet are weird, including myself.

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

No one in human history had any authority expect the Apostles. They are all gone now. No one on earth can take the Bible book can become someone’s religious authority over other people. God is the authority, … he can write in people’s hearts and minds by the spirit - human beings can only...

It’s not that @mailmandan it’s just your not answering the question. Its okay though, I didn’t expect you had an answer laid out for me. All the best ! Glad we could discuss this and maybe it helped someone out there! Who knows.

We will be Judge according to our works and having Faith!

I’m glad my sins were paid for, and the whole worlds @bro.tan. God writes his laws on the minds and hearts of who are his by his spirit which indwells the good news believer. I believe the Old Testament is profitable to some degree or another for our Learning.

    Herod Slaughtered Babies

That still doesn’t explain whether or not Jesus paid for the sins of the people who don’t accept it or not. Either Jesus did pay for all, or he only paid for some.

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

You still haven’t answered my question. Where do you get your authority? Is it from God? Or do you choose to go by your flesh? To tell others they aren’t Christian’s who believe in the good news. It’s just snide stuff like this. But hell ya can’t expect every person to respect and love one...

    Herod Slaughtered Babies

It has nothing to do with repentance. It’s either a yes, Jesus did pay for the sins of everyone or not. If he did, then everyone is a clean slate, but not everyone is spiritually alive. There are people who walk around spiritually dead, even though their sins have been taken care of.

Does Satan run the world? Or does God?

There has to be some connection. Think about it… if anything was as evil like Satan it was the Jewish brethren of the Messiah who put him to death! That is an adversary or Ha’Satan. Aside from this notion, there are no more “Jews” left, aside from traditions held from the past because all of the...

    Herod Slaughtered Babies

There is no such thing as Christian anything in the worldly perspective. It’s just a title. It’s understood that people have abortions. Heard one time of a person on the radio admitting she has an abortion before she came to the Lord Jesus Christ. A good thing to remember is that sin has been...

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

There are people in the Lds faith, who believe in the death, burial and resurrection, and are willing to allow God to work through them. There are people in Jehovah Witness who believe in the death, burial, and resurrection… even if the organization teach different things, even keeping yourself...

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

Answer my question. Where is your authority? Are you given the authority to do such things to other individuals because God told you to? Are you unable to understand my point? Don’t be evasive be honest.

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

There are people that say people who hold a sabbath are gonna go to hell, while Paul says let no one judge you and if you wanna celebrate a sabbath you can… or go to a religious festival you can do so. As long as you do before God.

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

Nah people need to be loved, understood, and allow them to have their opinions, while sharing with them… it’s not to expose someone and strip them naked and whip them with a whip… (The ol Bible quote whippings.) love doesn’t remember and keep records of wrong, people who desire to break people...

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

@mailmandan because it’s people who try to snide and be act as a judge against them as though you are God to say such things. Where do you get your personal authority? That kind of stuff does piss me off.
  17. MatthewG

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

@mailmandan does love count wrongs against others? If they are in the wrong? (Love) 1 Corinthians 13:5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Once saved, always saved is a myth.

Don’t care. It’s just rude. Why the hell do you think I care for this information!? I haven’t seen it personally, he is always been about allowing the works of God which are done through you. At least that is my opinion.

Thank you for sharing and contributing with the thread. In the past I was under the sola scriptura bandwagon, until finally someone said there is something wrong here.
