I have difficulty believing that souls will be damned to the Lake of Fire

Let's turn the matter around. Do you think it good that God should preserve evil for eternity? Or how about this...would you want Hitler, Stalin, and Mao to share a mansion in God's house with you? And if a snake bit your daughter and she died, would you kill the snake, or preserve it?

The "Lie" That Has Lead to "Strong Delusion."

I appreciate your wanting to discuss the matter, even offer some rationale for the way things would appear to be. However, perhaps I have not been bold enough--though I have been bold enough to be accused of all sorts of evil. But I did not mean it to be a discussion, and I am under no...

The "Lie" That Has Lead to "Strong Delusion."

Peter was referring to Psalm 90 or perhaps jesting in worldly terms...when actually, neither exists in the kingdom of God. ;)

    You Probably Believe This Lie

It is that point between "I was" and now "I am"--meaning, when "it is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me." Which is that rapturous moment of change. That moment comes to different people differently, but it is always at least with an inner "Wow!" Example: I lived for 7 years on...

The "Lie" That Has Lead to "Strong Delusion."

It should be no mystery that "false teachers" have entered into the church and spread "destructive heresies" as Peter foretold. And it should be no mystery that a "lie" has circulated that Paul foretold would bring "strong delusion" and great apostacy. And Jesus even gave away what the "lie" is...

    Share your Testimony!

My Testimony Growing up was like something out of a story book. I’ll get to times of suffering, but for the most part life was good. I was raised on a ranch with a wonderful, loving mother and father, a sister and two brothers, and friends. Although we had lots of chores and worked really hard...

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

You loosing the comparison of those who were called Pharisees who denied Christ then, with those who are called Christians who deny Christ now, does not speak of me at all, but of you. Both have denied Christ. And if you think you get the last word--you don't.

    You Probably Believe This Lie

In order to answer and have it actually understood, one needs to understand God. Most people look at everything through the lens of their own life perspective and that of the created world--which is not at all the correct way to understand the things of God and the kingdom of God wherein there...

When do you "expect" Jesus to return?

I didn't say anything to the contrary, but explained it just means that before it happens no one but the Father would know the day or the hour. But since Paul clarified, saying "but each one in his own order", it is also not a group/world event, but individual. That is what is written--not just...

When do you "expect" Jesus to return?

No. If one checks their watch one would know when it happened or happens, but that is not the point. The point is it is simply not when you expect...meaning two things: that you won't see it coming, and/or it is not according to religious interpretations. Even so, Paul told us when.

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

If you are serious and cannot take me seriously, we can certainly be finished. But you have not understood. I did not say upon death--neither did Paul, but was speaking rather of all, but specifically regarding "we who are alive and remain", meaning those who are indeed dead, but alive to God...

When do you "expect" Jesus to return?

Your summation does not explain the conundrum, but I have explained it, and this I have done not by my own terms but by those stated by Christ. Rejected once, and now again. :(

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

And I told you that you are only looking at the worldly perspective which does not pertain to the events of God, but those of men and this world; and there is but One event for the salvation of all. If that is convoluted--it should be, for "what communion has light with darkness?"

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

That is a rationale, but not the straightforward truth. The truth is after coming the first time (1) Jesus went to the Father and then began knocking on doors and coming [again] (2) in to those who opened the door--all of which began 2,000 years ago as He said, "the things which must shortly...

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

That is not what I said or meant. I am not man-ufacturing parables. It is not me who speaks.

Why belief in a god is an unfalsifiable claim that serves no purpose

You speak against hate speech and then spew it out also--that is called hypocrisy. A nice spin of all the buzzwords doesn't cover it up. But you are wrong about Jesus. He's actually right of the right wingers, He's a king wielding the power of life and death...not peace, but a sword...not only...

    You Probably Believe This Lie

Indeed, much is lost to the 'isms.

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

Don't misunderstand--it is not my mystery, but God's, who has only revealed "here a little, there a little" to His chosen; and riddles and parables are of His doing too, having confused all language at Babel--which has not been rescinded, that only those with spiritual discernment should...

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

Here: “Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. But if that evil...

If you believe these are the end times, why do you not also believe great apostacy has come?

This is the greatest error of the church age, so it is important to consider it without any other issues on the table. Indeed, Paul explained in the way it would appear--that is in the way it would appear in the world. But I am not referring to the things of this world, but rather of the...
