How to Fix QuickBooks Error Code 61689?

Wow, yeah I remember those days of tinkering with the Microsoft because it is always broken. I wanted to get away from being a continual, daily fix-it man and technical geek so I switched over to Linux or Chromebook or the likes. So I don't remember how bad the operating system was except in...

    Is smoking a sin?

I agree with your biblical analysis. That said, I'm not sure an occasional smoke is wrong, either. The issue is if it's habitual it causes poor health. But then again, those who would condemn smoking may very well be overly fat (gluttony) while not touching a drop of alcohol (that's...

The Church is not prepared for what is to come.

Maybe what you say describes my longing lately to live in Israel, or at least what it would be like. Yes, the end times are coming -- not only the signs, but various people's desires to get back to their heritage.

The Church is not prepared for what is to come.

I agree. The Lord has been laying this to my heart as well. I feel sorry for those who do not see what is coming. I often say to my Christian friends that I have one of those "ominous feelings" again, and this COVID stuff was only an excuse to politic that whole situation into more control. As...

    Christ's Birth - Sept. 11, 3 BC

Yes that is correct. Jesus was long gone by then. It was even dark when they came. Did you try calculating the birth date and death date based on those 3 premises? It is interesting and the results I got were very amazing.

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

Well it was not Buddha. LOL

    Christ's Birth - Sept. 11, 3 BC

153 miracles would make sense and cast some light on 12240. We would do greater things because he went to the father so what the Lord did was a smaller factor of his whole life. 80 is double testing. (40 x 2). As for the timing that he died, Matthew 12:40 is key and having to be arisen...

    Christ's Birth - Sept. 11, 3 BC

Multiple 153 x 80. That's not the biblical deduction I used to arrive at that number of 12240. I knew about the number first but one can find multiples like that, It's more of a symbolic confirmation. We can otherwise ask ourselves why not 150? It must have a symbolic meaning to be that...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

On a side road here regarding baptism, I have some interesting things to share. I was baptized in the river just about 2 miles Northeast of me. As a matter of fact, the Lord knows I work well with numbers so I found a lot of 'coincidences' involving both the time and the place. I did not...

    Christ's Birth - Sept. 11, 3 BC

I agree with your premise, and I often wonder why more people do not understand Revelation 12:1 as astronomical code. I do not agree on the year, but the difference is small. Heck, I'm 62 years old and can lose track of a few years let alone that many in 2000! However, He was born at the...

    Soon Jesus will act:

I often thought regarding the dead, "I just died, and what are you all doing here already?" To which the others will say, "I've been thinking the same thing." LOL

    Soon Jesus will act:

Yes, I agree based on what I read here. Two things you mentioned that Christians seem to overlook is the part you mentioned about an earthly paradise. It's not about "dying and going to heaven", but the Kingdom coming here, on this earth the way it was originally intended back in the garden...

    Three Days and Three Nights

I contributed before on this thread but let me just say something about the 3rd day and if he arose that it would be the start of the 4th day, yes, I agree and that does not contradict the 3rd day being the end of the day (and the start of the 4th). A simple example is the "third hour of the...

    Can the Soul Die?

I agree. And the intrinsic definition of death is lack of being, i.e. includes no more consciousness. Only remains are left for a resurrection later. Eternal torment doctrines requires a conscious being and if so, that's not death, but eternal life in torment.

Why was Adam easily manipulated if man is made in God's image?

My answer. Adam was lazy. He did not take responsibility esp. teaching. Things were good thus far so what could go wrong? (i.e. lack of faith in what the Lord said and did not take it seriously). Now that I gave the short answer, I have a feeling that every excuse man can make is wrapped up...

    Bell’s palsy

I saw this thread just now. Take it from a Bell's Palsy pro I had it twice in my life, the first time as complications of shingles (aka chicken pox when kids have it) when I was only 15 years old. Ten years ago I got it again (then age 52) and said to myself my old friend from 30-some years...

    Your Favourite Theodicy?

    1) Free choice (garden) 2) Lessons regarding free choice (i.e. life and choice of masters) 3) God will make it good again -- resurrection (and he participated in the pain). Addendum: Those who complain there is no God because of all the death and evil in the world a) the bible never promised a...

I feel I've fallen away from God

I'm not so sure you lost any Spirit as much as you gained one: a spirit of oppression. While you struggle to get things together, the Lord is there waiting and the sacrifice on the cross is quite adequate. You seemed to be worried about losing the Spirit of God which hints to me where your...

God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

Ironically, the plural Sabbaths is the same thing some use to prove there was more than one Sabbath between Jesus' death and resurrection. The first one was the annual Feast of Unleavened Bread and the second was the weekly Sabbath. The book of Matthew was written from a Jewish perspective and...
