Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Already been through all of that. For you to bring it up, you must have read it! Paul said some of Israel have been broken off the tree, then he said God is able to graft them back in "to their own olive tree." Now who did Paul say the olive tree represents?

If you flood me it's over! I don't tolerate such rude behavior. What exactly is your question? Just ask it clearly so I know what to say.

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Isa. 44:1 “Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:” If you are questioning that Israel is the chosen of God, then here it is. If not, what is your question?

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

One thing I suppose I could explain for some to have a better understanding, is that Paul said the Jew has an advantage in that they were given the Law and the womb of Christ for their calling. It was only given to them and for the purpose of them fulfilling their calling to introduce Christ to...

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

That is true! But the promise of God to Abraham is much more than this. Israel must meet a condition in order for God to fulfill that promise. They must all come into His Covenant before the land promise is given. The only way for Israel to fulfill their original calling by God, is for all of...

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Randy, one discussion that I have had from time to time with some others who are much more enlightened in the Scripture than myself, is that Calvin was not far from the truth on predestination! That predestination was not as he supposed, but it was for His chosen! Of course this is an in depth...

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Yes! That will be all the remnant of Israel who are left from the hand of the anti-christ. They will all see Christ and know He is the promised One.

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

It is my belief that Israel is saved by promise, not only the promise made to Abraham, but by the fact they are His chosen from the very beginning. We can't see what God sees, we can't see His purpose in many things, it is a mystery.

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

The #1 problem Paul had throughout his ministry was his introduction of justification by faith. The Jews chased him everywhere he went to kill him over this. Only by the grace of God did Paul escape that death. And it did kill him in the end, when he had finished all that Christ gave him to do...

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

I don't know! But I do know this, they (the Jews) are His chosen and we had better not ever forget that!

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Of course, by way of what He did in His death, burial, and resurrection to reconcile man. You are a co-heir, if it be you are in Christ, so what's the problem? Cannot Christ do what He will with His inheritance? Cannot Christ keep the promise His Father made with faithful Abraham?

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Come on man, what is this? So you as a Gentile don't have the same promises of God as His chosen have, your going sarcastic?

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Paul was brought to faith the same way! It's nothing strange that God will do to bring all of Israel into Covenant. Christ has a reason for the way Paul was brought to faith, the same reason He will do the same with all of Israel. Why God chose this way I can't say! Although I do believe it...

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Here lies the problem with you guys! You think that since a handful of Israel are in this everlasting covenant that the promise is kept. The Scripture plainly tells us that all of Israel will be saved, and that will be when God has kept His promise to Abraham. They will all, every single one...

Romans 11:25-27. New prophecy about the future or old prophecy about an ongoing reality?

Has this been kept yet? Gen. 17:7-8 "And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. 8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou...
