Yes - I guess that with hard facts being scant that we dont need to know much more. I understand that traditionally those who support the theology of trinity insist that the Godhead existed alone before Genesis 1. I have never been so sure about this given the existence of the eternal priestly...

The reason I ask is because I am uncomfortable with the idea that Satan was an eternal being with God before creation began. I am not sure we know when Satan first sinned - there must have been a spiritual fall before the fall of man in order for Satan to be deceptive in nature.

Are you suggesting that Satan before his fall existed together with God in eternity past ???

Are you suggesting that there was a timeless heaven before the created chronological heaven and this special angel shared an eternal past with God ???

Jesus had to be God because God gave a curse of death with the Law that could only be broken by God himself.

The God I worship is the Father of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, the God of Israel, and the Father of Jesus. He has given His Name to Jesus and hence His full authority with that Name. He is the I AM and so is Jesus as He said.

The Name above every name in Heaven and on earth must include the Fathers Name and be the Fathers Name.

Well that is a 'creative dismissal' if I ever read one... It is so much easier to take passages at face value...
