Relax, Dave ... you do not need to be baptized with the Holy spirit to go to heaven. It is a special anointing for ministry ... often for the 5-fold ministry (Eph 4:11). But, multitudes of Spirit-filled BACs are incredibly important intercessors, and etc.

For 5 years I sat under a pastor and his wife ... who between them had all 9 of the spiritual power gifts. He used to talk about peoples' "stinkin' thinkin'" And he had NO use for the cemetaries, er seminaries.

I have no faith in your so-called "learned". IMO, it's all about being taught by the Holy Spirit. The baptism with the Holy Spirit helps a lot.

So, the BACs who are involved in habitual unrepentant sin are NOT God's elect. Do they become God's elect, if they repent and walk the narrow path until death? So, we don't know who the elect really are until the END, do we?

IMO, you are ignoring our part in it all.' The indwelling Holy Spirit doesn't do everything. We must co-operate with Him by the way we live. We are not robots.
