    OSAS being False Doctrine!

You accused me of something that I didn't do; something rather hideous in fact. I would like either proof of your accusations or an apology.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

I have never accused you or anyone else of not being born again. It absolutely is not something that I would do. John 3:8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit."

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

So then, you are accusing me of not being one of His children?
  4. J

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

So what is your point? You seem to accuse me (and others) of the very same things that you do.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

And you think that is any different from you?

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

    Like you just did?

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

    Why do you do that?

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

Yes, Jesus had something to say about living water in the very next chapter. What Jesus said in those verses mean a lot to me. They just don't seem to mean the same thing to me as they do to you. I see no indication that they are a definition or a description of the water discussed in John 3:5.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

Then why call another out for who you yourself are and what you yourself do?
  10. J

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

And you actually think you are any different? That is actually quite funny.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

There is nothing in all of John 3 about rivers of living water.

The "Yeah, but..." school of doctrine - Bible versus Bible

    LOL. Name one that isn't.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

You apparently do not understand what Paul is telling you in that passage. And you do not have divine input, insight or wisdom. If you think you do, you would be woefully mistaken.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

It is through faith that we receive salvation. We can lose that salvation if we no longer have faith.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

Your definition of the natural person in 1 Corinthians 2 is your own, not Paul's. As I said, your definition is easily proven to be wrong since there is so much disagreement between the knowledge of those proclaiming their knowledge comes from God. What you are espousing is commonly known as...

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

You are appealing to 1 Corinthians 2 for that response. But the entire chapter 2 is Paul's defense of his own divine inspiration. Those who would claim special divine implanted knowledge and insight from that passage are just wrong. It is obvious that such illumination being claimed is false...

Clearly they were baptizing with His consent.

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

Water baptism was very familiar throughout the gospels. John baptized as did Jesus and His disciples. In fact in John 3 right after the discussion with Nicodemus, Jesus is said to, along with his disciples, have gone into the Judean countryside baptizing. Clearly that was water baptism...

    OSAS being False Doctrine!

For all of those who think that water in John 3 is physical birth, you think that one of the two conditions given for being born again is that one must be born physically. That doesn't seem to be a very restrictive condition; in fact, it is not limiting in any sense whatever. That would seem...
