Will The Antichrist Rule/Dominate The Great Tribulation?

From everything I have read, "Yes", I think that movement certainly did dominate the tribulation our forefathers endured.

Teh Shack - Not my testimony

This was found online...... WARNING: This is a book club discussion of “The Shack.” If you haven’t read the book and don’t want anything spoiled for you, you probably shouldn’t read this post or its comments. There are bound to be spoilers lurking around here somewhere, so proceed with...

Is wearing jewellery with the cross or crucifix a form of idolatry?

Just curious...... Who here would display a picture of their loved one's mangled, bloody body in a car wreck to honor someone who died there?

Is wearing jewellery with the cross or crucifix a form of idolatry?

That goes for anyone who thinks wearing something special, or doing something "religious", means a hoot to God....... including bouffant, teased hair (Protestant TV Evangelists) and Fish Hats, rings, ropes and robes. They are all hoping for the same results, IMHO.

Teh Shack - Not my testimony

I just got banned from another forum because I dared to say that I liked this book. The owner immediately came on to post that he didn't think I was "orthodox" enough to be on his forum.... then he called me a "False Teacher." It inspired me to resurrect this thread, and read all the blessed...

Is wearing jewellery with the cross or crucifix a form of idolatry?

Simple answer: "Yes". It amounts to a priest having to wear a backwards collar..... With both, there might not be any other evidence they are Christian.

    The Rapture Lie

You can believe in anything you feel like. I am simply defending the fact that you should not be known as believing in a lie because of that understanding.

    The Rapture Lie

And that proves, one way or another, that believing in a "Rapture" somehow constitutes a lie..... how? Personally, I see belief in a "Rapture" as just one more belief someone got wrong..... as ALL of us do about SOME part of Scripture.

    The Rapture Lie

Although I firmly believe those who think there will be an "escape pod" Rapture are totally barking up the wrong tree, why does believing in that have to be a "lie?" It is not really much different than the wishful thinking of children about Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny. It seems to make no...

I'd like to have a calm, rational conversation about End Times...anyone?

Have you noticed (everyone here) that the Bible speaks of defending "the faith", NOT the particular beliefs and absorbed doctrines we all seem to experience a little differently?

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle, An Adulterous Marriage?

Ah, yes............. Good to see you doing the work the lord gave you.

I'd like to have a calm, rational conversation about End Times...anyone?

I don't always go by them (especially when the other guy pisses me off with insults) but, I have two signs above my computer. One says, "Would I want to be friends with the guy writing this? " and the other says, "Remember, it may be a friend you are arguing with."

King James Version, God's Voice To The English Speaking World.

Living life as though Jesus told us to go into all the world and dig up all the trash we can on those living there is only one of the things I feel sad about at this particular moment.

I'd like to have a calm, rational conversation about End Times...anyone?

I'm a little sad because I rank both Byrd and Naomi as among some of the better people here.

An Opinion about rituals "in religions:"

I really believe the rituals are often a replacement for following Christ in the rest of life during the week. By performing the rituals, I think many people satisfy themselves that their duty to God has been done for that week.

    The Standard Millennial Positions

To the casual reader here: Isn't the "reaction" to mentioning just three little schools of thought amazing? And the laughable part is that "you ain't seen nutin' yet." Just wait till some of the others catch wind of this thread, and weigh-in. Then comes the sad part.......... the very real...

Food for thought ...on this video

The church we now attend, the preacher is not one bit shy about stating that God "made them male and female", and He never modified that to fit the particular horniness someone might feel.

Food for thought ...on this video

I do have to say it was good to see he was pushing feeding kids more than celebrating homosexuality. My wife and I left our favorite church because they were hell-bent on making celebrities out of homosexuals.

    Deja Vu

A good point. I have to say that I was surprised to find so many wise things in his writings, considering how he is represented today.
