The good man that turned bad out of necessity

I just spit out the food I was chewing. (That’s what I was laughing about.) You don’t think either one of them were truthful to Eve because … none of them existed.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

If Jesus and the apostles didn’t then Jesus’ genealogy wouldn’t be included in Matthew and Luke. It’s critical for the establishment of him being the promised and prophesied Messiah.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Jesus and the apostles believed they existed. Human beings sin against the God whom you don’t believe exists. We need rescuing from him, by him.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

That may have just been a false perception on my part. You’ve heard @Riven say that he doesn’t trust or respect pastors. He was telling me the truth. I’m aware that you don’t trust pastors. Do you respect pastors or are we a matter of indifference to you? I only know you as a human being...

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Do you remember building me up? Are you neutral toward me? I’m a 1st century Christian living in the 21st century. Their thoughts on the matter are my thoughts on the matter.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

The question that should be asked is why did it change. The answer to that question is outside interference; which I’ve generically referred to as “mother hen”.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

I believe you. Why is it a matter of interest to you? Will finding out move you closer to listening to Jesus or closer to putting me down? Please continue being frank with me.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

You live like a teenager. I live like an old man. I don’t typically use the drive thru at any restaurant. Over the past 10 years - that is, since my retirement on August 1, 2016 - I’ve probably used a drive thru no more than five or six times - and only twice when I was the driver. (I didn’t...

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Yes. Three weeks ago I gained a new friend from it. Her husband wound up doing some carpentry work for me in my home.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

I’ve got to step away for a couple of hours but this is something that you need help with.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

All social interaction is a relationship.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

I’ve known that from the beginning. What I didn’t know is whether or not that would change. I still don’t know, but I know now that it hasn’t yet.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Thank you. And you mine. Our relationship has recently changed. Consult your non-pastor advisor(s).

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

No. I’m a retired pastor. My pastoral ministry continues, and will until I die, but not from the pulpit in the small congregation of believers whom I served. Even if it did, you don’t trust and respect me. I gave you good advice.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

That I believe. I’m a pastor. You’re asking me, a person whom you neither trust nor respect, a question. That’s why I question your motive. The problem is that Jesus has established pastors in the body. This is another example, provided by you, of you going against Jesus. That’s something a...

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

@Riven if you truly have a question about what Paul wrote - I don’t believe that you do - then you should ask someone you trust and respect. I’ve suggested that you find a local pastor. I’ll add to that suggestion whoever it is here that is advising you behind the scenes.

    * Sing it for him, Aretha. *

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Perhaps I should have. I’m saying it now. Because of your behavior. Paul provided the answer to your question. If we already agree on the answer then what are you curious about?
