    Saved Or Predestined ???

lol. The chapter is broken into a few parts. The part we are talking about is the part where jesus tells people to seek or work for the food which endures to eternal life. which He will give them. it has one message 1. The food which endures forever. 2. The bread of life, given from God...

You have a skewed view of salvation. I am saved from the penalty of sin, The law can not touch me anymore You appear to be trying to save yourself because you do not think salvation has yet been given. it is dependent on you Well good luck with this.

New nature/old nature Our new nature is allergic to sin, Our old nature wants to continue in sin (serving self) Our response to sin has changed, thats why it is impossible for a person who is born of God and made new to live in sin (1 John 3)

We have Gods standard - perfection And mans standard - (whatever they think they can obtain is where they usually set the bar) Salvation must come first if one is not saved, adopted into Gods family, Justified, then no amount of righteous living will help them They are required to live up to...

The problem comes when you take the spirit of adoption and turn it into a spirit of fear like lawyers do.. God loves us (his children) unconditionally. It is this love that causes us to grow in him. Not his fear

I think a real issue that many have is the definition of sin. What causes sin, and what constitutes sin. People fail to realize that even though Jews practiced the law and obeyed commands, they were seen as sinners. So just because we obey a set of laws. or commands, or do morally good things...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

I would just look at their gospel. and determine there. I have read the book of mormon. Its been awhile. And I think I still have it..

    Saved Or Predestined ???

This double predestination doctrine in my view Causes God to have some serious character flaws. And takes away from his claim to be a God full of mercy and grace

    Saved Or Predestined ???

Ah, So we just ignore the rest of the passage. ok. If you say so. These one verse doctrines people make up are a major problem.

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

yes I was baptized (washed) by God himself And I approach him by faith, and out of this faith, I receive his love, which empowers me to love others. which causes me to bear fruit (works) which produces righteousness.

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Yes But in Eph 1. Works of the law are not in question. or in context. The works Paul spoke of was any work which woudl cause one to boast. or take credit. because they have earned their salvation by works

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Nope. She did it BECAUSE she was saved, and for the same reason I do it. Out of gratitude and love for My savior who made me white as snow and adopted me into Gods family as his dear child. where I will be forever.

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Yeah you proved my point for me, nothing more needed to be said If your doing them to earn or maintain (keep from losing) salvation. Then yeah, That's earning your salvation.

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

No I can judge you if you claim the reason for doing those works is to earn or maintain your salvation. And not as a result of being saved, and your love and gratitude for him.

Millions of American Believers take Authority over Covid-19 Virus

I will not judge there salvation. Not all health and wealth are charismatic, I sat under a health and wealth pastor when I was a child in my dads church, It was baptist..

Millions of American Believers take Authority over Covid-19 Virus

    1. I don’t believe that 2. I never stated anything about anyone not having faith in gods healing power 3. My post was concerning health and wealth faith healers. Who claim if we just have enough faith God will heal, while rejecting the notion it may not be Gods will to heal, and if healing does...

Millions of American Believers take Authority over Covid-19 Virus

I am not a faith healer nor a health and wealth proponent, so I would never temp God that way in the first place this post is quite rude.

Once again you just show you have no understanding of anything I have said good day sir. If your not willing to listen to understand there is no need to go further

If you say so In jewish law. a person come come and pay the debt of a guilty person. And in doing so. that person was justified. Why stumble so hard and try to pay your debt, when that is impossible. and if you are going to go in front of God without your debt paid. thinking you we get a get...
