I do think it's important to distinguish what the church is looking for - the Lord's coming for the church, 1 Thess. - as opposed to what awaits the world.

I think that Romans 9, 10 and 11 would show that Israel does indeed have a future; and Old Testament passages about future events do seem to have Israel as their subject.

Well, I don't see the church in the Old Testament at all. Applications for the church, yes, but not directly as a revealed entity. There are many wonderful applications for the church in Song of Solomon, but I do think it's Israel primarily in view.

My understanding of the term 'replacement theology' is that it refers to those who believe that where the Bible says Israel, it now means the church. I do think that 1 Cor. 10.32 shows that there are distinct groups of people still.

Song of Solomon is indeed a rather special book with a character of its own. A lot of ppl see it as about Christ and the church; as a dispensationalist I would see it rather as being about the relationship between Christ and Israel (albeit with many applications to us in the church).
