    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

I'm still not sure what you meant by throwing the baby out with the baby. That we have a responsibility to care for the physical creation? If so, absolutely! But even that responsibility, should be concerned about understanding God's timing. For the nature body gives way either to the truth or...

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

It was an age to come, but began when all authority in heaven and earth was given to Jesus Christ. The term "a thousand years" is better understood to mean "the fullness of time", as days, and years, etc, are all often stated by definition of the original language as a general word meaning "time...

:contemplate: Not sure how you mean that.

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

That is from Paul, but he also qualifies it elsewhere ("here a little there a little"), and yet most do not put it together, but use that passage out of context, and therefore many have got it all wrong. Half-truth is a lie. He qualified that passage, saying, "but each one in his own...

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

Do you not know that evil is swallowed up in death, which is the dividing of the light from the darkness, even since the beginning? Are you too to be caught up for so long in the lie of prolonging these days and allowing evil even a little more time, by the teachings of men?

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

You spoke well. Even so, many do not understand that the day of Jesus Christ--is not a mass future event--but a "today" event, when Christ knocks on that door within each person in their own time--and they open to Him. Which comes to each one, as it is written, "but each one in his own order."

There is still a lot of speculation in what you believe and voice. But I am not speculating or merely weighing in with my two cents--as I have already said. But that speculation is in the way of you seeing clearly, fully. Let me ask you, Was Jesus not eternal, or as you say, a "not-yet thing"...

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

No. On the contrary, it is given to me to [actually] know, for mine is the finish. Therefore, when I tell you, "I tell you the truth"--it is not from me--not mine, but from God. "Super-spiritual" is accurate, for it is of God. As for "no call for"--that is not true--the call of God is of God...

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

There is no "age" to come per se, but rather eternity. Which is only "to come" in the sense that those who pass from death to life do so hereafter. Which is only true from the perspective of this world--a perspective of the dead referred to in their own language--which perspective also passes...

I tell you--the Way spoken of in the scriptures, is the way of the Kingdom--in spirit, as God is spirit.

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

I tell you--the Judgement was even before the foundation of the world--before the world began--as was the Lamb slain.
  12. ScottA

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

That is indeed what is taught--but I have told you the truth--"the one is taken and the other left" that very moment of passing from death to life..."at an hour you do not expect."

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

Oh, we who are in Christ certainly are born again and of God! This is the first resurrection. But, while it is a rapturous experience for some even in the flesh, it is not for all, for unlike the poor in spirit, the flesh still has a blinding effect on many who are strong. Therefore, the full...

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

As for a place of the Judgement, no certainly not a "Look here" location "in the desert...or the inner rooms." But not limited to all the Earth either--not worldwide at all--but all of Heaven and Earth. As for "the same way you saw him go into heaven"--was it the way of this world, or the way...

There is no more getting away with blasphemy.

You giving me two verses does not address you seemingly dodging the activity of the Holy Spirit during these last days, that "He" could be blasphemed during (that was my point). What then is your point--that the Holy Spirit is simply the spirit of the Father? What? And then--what does it...

    Connecting the dots = a pre-tribulation rapture.

The message from Christ, though it may not include a physical trip, does include a transference from where we are (in the world) to where He is (not in the world, but with the Father). Which is to say, no the kingdom is not beyond the stars or some other physical place, but "is within."...

Poll. Will we be judged when we die?

Yes, the times of this world are the presentation of evidence, and afterward the Judgement.

Looks like you are using the "Reply" feature incorrectly (putting your own comments in the quote box, instead of showing the quote you are replying to). Anyway, good...when the rapture (so called)/7th trump is, is commonly mistaken.

    Question about God's leading

Dave, It is the will of God that He be with you, and you with Him, all the time. As such, first, you are never alone. As for prayer, He is a friend that is always there--just talk to Him. If you will do that, He will more than accommodate, He will guide and lead you in ways you may not be aware...

There is no more getting away with blasphemy.

It is Jesus--God who defined the ages, saying, "Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected", confirming, "I will pour out My Spirit in those days." So, unless you are wanting to deny the Holy Spirit being present during these days...
