Am I crazy, or is advertising targeted in ways that I'm not even aware I am asking for? (really?)

I've started to pray about it! And the advertising started focusing on cleaning feet (like Jesus?)

The Bible is not “Gods Word.” It's simply "The Bible."

The Bible starts with the Spirit of God moving over the waters. It's not a big stretch of the imagination to infer, that He does so because He is desiring to possess something beneath it. Well so, if the Bible is inspired by this and God wishes to possess it (His Word), how is it not God's Word...

Is Truth Relevant? True and False are opinions. - True or False?

I have a disagreement with the idea that it is the "relevance" of the truth, that needs to be weighed. The truth is people would rather agree than disagree about the truth; the thing is coming to agreement about the truth, takes more than mere words. If you focus on "relevance", but you don't...

Jesus doesn't just become 'sin', He puts sin out of reach (selah)

Hi there, So this is something that will certainly enhance your understanding of the Cross, if not sin and temptation. What I want you to do is look at the Cross. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:21 "He who knew no sin, became sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God". Now...

Scripture says "in His Name, the Gentiles will trust" - what will 'Evolutionist Gentiles' trust in Jesus?

It has come to my attention, that there is confusion about what God wants us to change. No matter how we change, God has to want to abide in us, despite the change (selah). When we do change, we have to repeat what we know, in order to vary it - so in essence, who we are can never ultimately...

Reader Poll - Would you be a Christian if there was no afterlife?

Two things: one, God would understand; two, there are degrees of denial - denial in a moment of torture does not rate very highly.

    The Case for Eternal Security

If you break the key in the lock, while the door is unlocked: you can hate the Door all you want, but it won't change the fact that the door is unlocked. Fortunately no one is so foolish as to have the Devil board the door up, simply because they've been hated for using it - at least, as far as...

Why did Jesus say that "He (Holy Spirit) won't come unless I leave"?

The Holy Spirit moves through the Word of God; if you open a Door in the middle of the Word, the Holy Spirit is patient enough to wait - until the Door is closed again (so that He can continue to move). On the other hand, if you remove the Door, the Holy Spirit overflows - because it has...

Ignorant Christians battle sin by using their flesh

I think we need to focus, on fixing our gaze on Heaven ("look up, for your redemption draws nigh" gospels, from memory). The flesh is a vessel in this life, but it is not the vessel in the next life - it is the vessel in the next life that we should be focussing on. "You can't enjoy Grace in...

Have an addiction to McDonald's? You are like me!

I know someone that had a premonition that someone would be talking about junk food, and they did! Their spirit is obviously working (to resist junk food)!

We have to hang in there, with the Holy Spirit - our conviction now, will grow and as it grows, it will change (help?)

Hi there, So I have conviction in the Holy Spirit, which is great. However, I am concerned that the message of the Holy Spirit not be lost, as we enter in to the tribulation. Jesus promised the Father would shorten the days, which is great. However, what we need is a stronger conviction. I...

Premillennialism contradicts scripture (1 Corinthians 15:50-54) by having mortal flesh and blood inheriting the kingdom of God when Jesus returns.

You need to distinguish between spirit and truth. The kingdom of God can be possessed by either spirit or truth or both.

    Anyone here LOVE to garden?

A clean garden, invigorates the King (selah)

The Rapture is a conviction that the Holy Spirit, has overcome sin, evil and oppression - that imparts the Word of God within to do something similar

Hi there, So I am just teasing out what the Rapture means. The idea in theology is that the Rapture is an event, that separates those that have it from those that don't. There is some truth to this. But what is actually happening? My understanding is that the Rapture is the birthing of a...

They're running out of pressure, their mutations are getting worse, the Devil won't relent - who but God is there for the Evolutionists? (scared?)

I think the temptation is to think "If I believe in God, God will evolve me more, than those who believe in Evolution" Like that God is partial, when the Bible says "God is no respecter of persons". The Evolutionist on the other hand, says "I know believing I came from a monkey is false, don't...

They're running out of pressure, their mutations are getting worse, the Devil won't relent - who but God is there for the Evolutionists? (scared?)

I feel really inspired to write this: we have to stop striving with Evolutionists. We are going to win them over with our peace. If we fight with them, they think we are already giving in!

Our flag does not fly because the wind moves it. It flies with each breath of each soldier who died protecting it

If every man was grateful to the end of their life, for the good God does through those who protect them, no life would be wasted (selah)

The Evil Ones Are After Me

I'm believing it has a purpose (your persecution), but I'm praying the Holy Spirit comfort you. I think you need both.

    A design of the galaxy

I found that quite confusing (no offence). My understanding is that Jesus created Salvation, when He said "Father, into your hands I commit my Spirit" - He created the universe in a similar way.

Reader Poll - Would you be a Christian if there was no afterlife?

I feel like the answer is "Yes, I would still be a Christian", but then again I haven't been tortured, into denying there is an afterlife. Torture is a persuasive thing!
