Friends and fellow church members of mine minister in Central Melbourne. Mainly giving away food parcels and free literature. There are several different groups doing the same. It isn't an easy work. Australia is a very secular country, very much unlike the United States.

Just to clarify, I understand well that sin began in heaven itself with Lucifer, who stood closest to the throne of God. A war of polemics ensued, with Lucifer seeking worship and the top job. This hasn't changed. Satan still seeks worship, and will eventually receive it from all whose names...

Ummm, where have I suggested otherwise?

Christ died for the whole world. It was always God's purpose that everyone be saved. That's not happening.

@Wick Stick is correct. It is a ridiculous notion to teach that faithfulness and obedience is now acceptable when it was faithlessness and disobedience that caused the death of the Son of God.

God can unseal. They can be removed from the Book of Life if they are unfaithful.

You can lose it by acting against your own conscience. Read 1 Corinthians 8. Paul is writing about a man of faith who is influenced by a teaching that was contrary to his conscience. Whether right or wrong made no difference. He sinned against what he thought to be right. We must, and this goes...

Does that make the thousands of missionaries who travelled throughout the world irrelevant because you say so? What about the Christian Church that began in Ethiopia in Paul's time from Philip's preaching to the Ethiopian dignatory in Acts? What about the missionaries who established the church...

Nor did he go to North Africa.

Agree. To a point. I believe the earth is the limit to Satan's influence. Here is where Christ gave His life. I believe Lewis is correct. Not because of distance, but because of God's set limits. God is still in charge after all. And angels, including Satan and his fallen mob, can travel...

Cuerta is a Spanish colony at the north eastern tip of Morocco. It's another 20 miles across the straits of Gibraltar to get to the mainland. Farange's comment that they'll be at Calais and thenLondon is nonsense. A real nuisance however for the citizens of Cuerta.

With the caveat that the state can go to far, like Babylon did and was removed. Like Vlad did. Like the crusades did. And like all states do when in union with the church, negate the church invariably calls for the destruction of those she disagrees with calling them a meteoric menace to...

Vlad was Catholic. An inquisitor, and defender of Europe against Islam. Interestingly, certain of the crusaders who were tasked with cleansing northern Italy of the Waldensian "heresy" had a similar penchant for impaling. Definitely a righteous war practise.

Allow me to clarify. Modern Israel Prophetically is not the nation in the middle east. It is the church. The warnings throughout scripture concerning a global attack against Israel are misconstrued, as Jesus warned Himself in addresses to the apostles who represented the church, such in...

Interesting testimony. The firm I worked for sent me to the other side of the country to where I knew no-one, estranged from friends and family, and was more mentally prepared to consider my need of a Saviour and Friend. Back home I had everything I thought I needed. But here I was alone...

Strongly suggested watch.

There truths taught and accepted by the early church, that for 1500 years were trodden under foot, obscured, and laid aside in favor of superstitions and traditions that contradicted scripture. Then the reformation came which Brendan a work of restoration. Has that work finished? If not, then...

To be born again means that because you have surrendered your life unconditionally to God, and turned away for your sinful lifestyle, the power of sin and the hold it previously had on your life is now broken. You no longer are a slave, and you can now walk free from the addictions, habits...

QUOTE @marks This is what we are doing, endeavoring to increase our liberty so we can use it for good purpose, We are talking about morality and righteousness right? Who decides what is good? This forum alone, never mind the numerous denominational differences and the opinions and...

If Christian responsibility truly stopped at the voting booth, there wouldn't be a problem. Prophecy however suggests that such limitations will not happen. When children lose an argument, they throw stuff. Toys out of the cot, tantrums. Adults throw stuff too. Insults, rocks, punches...
