Am having to be careful due to postpartum recovery but I did do my habit today. I like to park in the back of parking lots when I go places. It allows me to walk a lot more!

Last night I roasted some brussel sprouts (olive oil, sea salt, pepper) and stir fried cut up chicken breasts and ramen noodles in a seasame shiracha sauce. Im back to my goal of 90 percent unprocessed foods now that baby has arrived.

I get my Mom badge now because on one hand I feel unspeakable joy. But I also feel harassed by apointments, stressed, and micromanaged.
