But is love a work of THE LAW? I never discuss works of The Law. The Law was abolished 2 thousand years ago... at least the civil and ceremonial law... the Moral Law will NEVER be abolished. All Christians believe in Ephesians 2:8 WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH.... It is faith that...

They couldn't see! THANK YOU!

There are also fish that live deep in the ocean that have NO eyes... but, of course, they don't need them. THIS is the type of evolution I understand. I used to have an acquarium...too much work, but so nice to have. Got little babies too - had a special "home" for them so they wouldn't get eaten.

And to YOU,,,, neither will I. (provide any information) You could ask Gemini, or any other AI device... so easy these digital days.... Just ask how many Covenants there are from the OT onward. To state that there are only TWO is just plain SILLY on your part. And the reason I do NOT...

Why did you say that I should read posts better? You are REPEATING here what I stated that you said. You DO believe that baptism means nothing. This is your prerogative. But it is NOT what orthodox Christianity believes. Quite a few replies that would apply to this nonsensical statement. Yes...

Well, looks like you want me to say something else is needed. OK How about this: 1 Corinthians 13:1-3 1 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all...

This post if for Pinseeker,,,he can reply to you - i'm sure he'll do a better job than I can... However, two points: You should know that there are more than two Covenants. I've taught about 7 and there are more than that. Just for your information. They start with the Edenic and end with the...

So the eye was fully formed when the fish came out of the water with legs? But many fish were blind from the start then.... Yes. I really wish you'd watch that video. It explains who Behe is...why the cell can't work UNLESS it has all its parts...etc. This conversation is beyond my...

OK Giving out tracs gives glory to God. Baptism gives glory to God PLUS indwells us with the Holy Spirit. You're doing what most do...citing scripture instead of posting it. So I don't know what your verses say - I don't have a photographic memory.... But again, here is what is needed for...

YOU stated this in post no. 4465: "In conclusion the ordinance of baptism in nothing in and of itself, it's all about what it symbolises." Sounds like you're saying that baptism is only valid for what it symbolises... which is a common belief among some Protestant denominations. You also...

I do believe Beher is a bit beyond peer review...yes, he does that but is very respectged in his field. I can't ask you to watch the video but it IS very interesting,,, especially if you understand everything they're stating. Here are my questions: 1. If the eye evolved, does this mean that...

Thanks quiethinker! Yes. I've always understood that God inspires, but it will be filtered by ourSELF. I'm just having some thoughts about why it would be necessary to be inspired when writing about history. (the NT). You're using INSPIRED to mean the same as when someone is inspired to write...

Funny stuff! I use terms I hear. It's the best I can do! But, yes, it's like you said... micro is short macro is long term. Does science just use the word EVOLUTION and then refer to the TIME it takes??

That curiosity is called the God shaped hole. What you've stated is what children are taught... I used to teach children out faith...10 to 13 year olds. We each have a hole in our soul that needs to be filled and only God can fill it.

Microevolution causes adaptation. This is seen and believed by all science. Macroevoluton presents serious problems which science has not solved. And it most probably never will. IMHO.

The video I posted is re 3 scientists, in different fields, each stating the same ideas. This iis because they're Christian and see God as a designer. I agree with this. I believe God created everything and set up a mechanism which is visible for those that care to see it. I brought up a couple...

Thanks P,,, yes, this seems to be the common view.

You waste everyone's time but you're doing really good for the JWs and those that post to you give you the opportunity for your speeches. Now,,,I said that I would reply to you IF you answered my questions... directly and to the point. You have FAILED to do this for the reasons I've...

Interesting question. I just hope you don't equate giving our tracs with baptism ! However, yes, I do believe that anything we do that brings a positive attention will give God glory. Will it save them (oops, I think you are equating the two) Not unless they: 1. Believe in God. 2. Obey Him.

Which men?
