    Spiritual Gifts Anyone?

1 Corinthians 12 4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. 7 Now to each one the manifestation of...

    Irrevocable Gifts and Calling!

For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable I have quoted this scripture many times in the past and had come to believe [without checking the bible properly] that Paul was talking about ministerial "gifts" like teaching, preaching, evangelism, apostleship healing etc and with this -his...

    Modern Prophets

@Heart2Soul I have listened to one of her videos but have checked out some of his earlier stuff just because it is easier for me to be able to discover if someone is genuine or not without any distractions from other voices other than the Lords. He seems to enter into the prophetic realm using...

The stumbling block of the cross...

Let's take a look at Galatians 5: again using the amplified bible, starting from 7 You were running [the race] well; who has interfered and prevented you from obeying the truth? 8 This [deceptive] persuasion is not from Him who called you [to freedom in Christ]. 9 A little leaven [a slight...

    Modern Prophets

Hmmm..... the only real way of determining whether someone is a prophet is if their prophecies come to pass. Somethings have but it is the major prophecies that really count. The world changing ones and I do not think that has happened yet. Those are wait and see issues atm...

Glad to hear from you @ScottA [SAT777] The first time I met you was when I just started to use the forums. New to the internet as well. Had a dial up account. No clue what any of you were talking about on the Eschatology forum at "ProphecyTalk" I learned so much on that forum as I came from a...
  18. The Promises and The Gentiles 1.

The Promises and The Gentiles 1.

Sounds a little dubious but in hindsight, you will be able to piece the picture together and see Gods mighty plan for Israel and also for all the nations of the earth who believe in Jesus Christ, by faith. God made at least five promises to Abram [Abraham] from the time God called him out of...

    Gentiles? Not Anymore!

Indeed. I like the story in Matthew 20 of the parable of the workers in the vineyard where a landowner went out and hired labourers. The men who laboured the last hour and the men who laboured since the early morning were given the same amount of wage. Although gentile believers may have been on...

    Peter's Vision

Bro... 430 years before the law was given to Moses, God had made a promise to Abraham Genesis 26:4, Acts 3:25 that in his seed, all the nations of the earth shall be blessed. That seed was Christ as reiterated in Galatians 3:16, Galatians 3:19, Galatians 3:29. The promises were made for Israel...
