The Son of God, who came and showed the world the true character of God, gave His own life for all men. He didn't die to redeem sparrows or grass grubs.

That sounds as similarly ridiculous as claiming Antiochus Epiphanes as the Antichrist when his own father was designated by historians as "Great". Epiphanes was thoroughly unforgettable if not for the over-the-top rave reviews from the preterist fan club. The 'great tribulation' surely must...

QUOTE: "I'm a non-Christian, where can I post?" Have you found somewhere yet?

I don't believe that judgment is at the end of the millennium, which begins at the second coming. When Jesus comes, His reward is with Him to give to every man according to his works. Revelation 22:12. In order for Jesus to accurately direct His angels to gather His saints from the 4 corners of...

So says the Pope. Growing up as a child in that church I was inundated with warnings and threats aimed at dissuading me from committing such heinous acts against myself and my fellow man...or woman. Now, he of whom it is said cannot lie when it comes to spiritual matters, informs us all that...

How many of you have considered that there may be a relationship between the prevalent love affair Americans have with foods not mentioned in the Maker's Handbook, and the statistics of those dying as a result of Covid reacting with all the variety of underlying disease that are the direct...

None of us know now whether we are a sheep or a goat? How totally hypocritical it must have been for the apostles of the first century to encourage people to convert to Christianity, ensuring a likely difficult life of destitution and an early and violent death, but without knowing whether what...

No. Not about dates, but they were right about the time. When Jesus came the first time He announced His arrival KJV Mark 1:15 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. At the time of the end, a similar message is to be preached...

I don't believe the second coming id imminent because of future prophecy, but because of how prophecy has already been fulfilled in the past, particularly the last 200 years. You are right @GaryAnderson , the last 2 centuries have seen a dramatic rise in the number of people claiming that Jesus...

Some may try to condemn, by burning them at the stake to elicit a "confession", but as you intimate, that is God's prerogative alone. By doing so ourselves we are taking upon ourselves an attribute that belongs only to God, and thus becoming antichrist. Judging however, I think that is our work...

Sadly, people have become so cognitively disassociated from reality, they don't even believe the horse. And you are quite correct. Especially in the occult world they love to hide in plain sight, for example, the Catholic Church and it's love affair with numerology, jubilees, etc etc. I agree...

I agree. Faith is belief in Christ. Faith is also knowing what He is like. He came to portray the character of his Father. Why? Because 4000 years of misinterpretation and misunderstanding had painted God as a selfish tyrant. The last 2000 years of so called Christian ministry hasn't changed...

It smacks of occult elitism... The adept and the initiate... When we have someone claiming "inner knowledge" due to a greater grasp of spirituality, and that those who don't understand aren't. 'spiritual'. This is the way of gnosticism and secret societies.

My condolences to all who lost friends, family, in those storms. Just finished watching the destruction on TV news here. Wow. Scary stuff. And it's not even tornado season yet.
