    HERESY?

Sorry, I just added to my previous comment above. Certainly we can and are against God physically, by the nature of the flesh, which is fallen. "Killing Christians" is the evidence of being anti-God made manifest in the [physical] world. However, sin is sin, which is forgivable, even the...

    HERESY?

With some clarification, yes. That being spiritually against God...for the flesh is contrary to the spirit (Galatians 5:17). ...Sorry, that does not completely address your question. I mean to say: heresy is not so much of the flesh, but of the spirit.

    HERESY?

GREAT QUESTION! Being "wrong" is not the issue, nor is this translation or that translation. "Anti" God, Christ, and scripture are the issue...which incidentally are One and the same. In order to be "anti" [or against] God, Christ, or the scriptures, the issue is spiritual (i.e., "the spirit...

Jesus in his earthy ministry didn't know that Gentiles would become heirs.

It's not that he didn't know, but the plan of God for salvation is twofold: "and other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and there will be one flock and one shepherd. " John 10:16

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

That is the common belief, but like the first coming of Christ, believers were wrong. The words are spirit...and you apparently have learned nothing.

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

Boy oh boy...more pet peeve venting, having nothing to do with me :( Anyway, no, scripture does not tell of a "physical" return of Christ, but rather a return in the glory of the Father, whom is spirit. Your translation is in error, as it does not agree with all of scripture.

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

I wouldn't know about all your 'isms and accusations. But I do know that Jesus said the kingdom came two thousand years ago...which makes all your claims wrong, and none of what you say credible.

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

The scriptures are correct, but they do not combine the flesh body and the spiritual body, as you have. That is conjecture on your part, the flesh talking...which contradicts other passages (which I have already quoted).

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

Your explanation would make God (whom is spirit) unwhole. Defend your misguided beliefs all you want, but they are against God and scripture. That is the flesh talking.

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

Jesus made no such distinction. On the contrary, he clearly stated "that which is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit." And Paul confirmed it.

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

Nah, nah, nah...Jesus very clearly stated that it wasn't (spirit). Error upon error.

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

Yes, we disagree...but you have misunderstood the whole of scripture completely: God (and his kingdom) is spirit. John 3:6 "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit."

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

Oh, yes, I see you have not changed...you still advocate that flesh will enter the kingdom of God--which is directly opposed to scripture. But you confuse Jesus' resurrection with his ascension. You see, some may raise from the dead in the flesh as Jesus did--but only as proof of his power over...

Do we confuse Born Again with Salvation?

Please see post #15 His second appearance "does not come by observation." Luke 17:20 Which is to say, it is in the glory of the Father, i.e., in spirit...which began "soon/quickly" after his ascension at Pentecost. Revelation 22:12

Do we confuse Born Again with Salvation?

Indeed, most prefer that explanation of life in the world after being saved, but still struggling with sin. Most consider it a "process." However, our perspective on the matter and seemingly being honest with ourselves about ongoing sin, is a poor perspective, one the scriptures do not support...

    Eternal Security

No, the problem is the one we see going on here daily: the words are misinterpreted differently a thousand different ways, while claiming each is the only correct way, many of which is claimed to be spiritual. So, no, I was saying, "let God be true but every man a liar." Truth belongs to God...

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

So, let me get this straight...you are changing your position from mocking my use of the Spirit and you claiming "blood and bone" will enter the kingdom of God, to claiming a "tangible, spiritual body" will instead, while still trying to correct me about what you first denied and I claimed from...

What should Christians think of UFOs and alien abductions?

All things good and evil are made manifest. Every evil is brought to light for the judgement. For instance, the revelation of some people's evil includes millions of years of history...and so it is made manifest. While other people's evil does not...and so it is but thousands of years. The...

Do we confuse Born Again with Salvation?

You make that sound like salvation cannot and is not available in this lifetime. Which is a point worth considering, because we certainly can attain it in this lifetime...which begs the question: What then is meant by "his appearing the second time", i.e., the second coming? How should it...

Explain Revelations So Even I Can Understand It

If you make a case for the Spirit having no limit, including partaking in the things of the flesh, then you are correct. The problem is that you have also made a case for the flesh partaking in the resurrection (inheriting the kingdom of God)--which is not biblical.
