    new version of OSAS?

Not sure I follow you exactly, but it does sound like you believe the simple truth that the salvation of Christ is forever. Great!

    new version of OSAS?

The problem with claiming that one who is saved is not necessarily saved forever, is it is not against that person, but against God. Such a claim is to say that God is not the same yesterday, today and forever. So then, if one is in God, that one is saved, and saved forever; and if not saved...

Only 2 Comings by Lord Jesus, Not 3

Your 'ism-calling only shows that some 'isms may have partial truth. Thus, it is better for them than for you. You on the other hand, tread on dangerous ground which is that of men and of the flesh. On the contrary, "God is spirit", and Jesus is God. He comes in the glory of the Father.

Only 2 Comings by Lord Jesus, Not 3

No...you have not quoted any scriptures that agree with your claims. On the contrary, you have quoted some that prove you wrong.

    Bible alone

That is only the smaller part. But you have left out the greater part, which is the Father's part. PS, The "keys" (to the kingdom) WAS given, which Jesus explained was how He would build His church-- But you apparently have not received it.

    Bible alone

None of that cancels out what Jesus said about him building his church by the same means in which Peter came to know the truth of who Jesus was. You're just looking at it all wrong, all through the eyes of men who did not hear what the Spirit said to the churches.

    Bible alone

That's 2 questions: 1) It is not I who does not believe, but rather you who quoted Paul against the rest of scripture regarding confusion, manifesting the very confusion God himself has ordained. Which you have also done with Mt 16:18. 2) The "true church" is a spiritual house, not the works of...

Quoting your own confusion only explains your confusion.

    Bible alone

You do not have the authority to cancel out one scripture with another, nor did Paul. Again, you misunderstand, you are confused. It is men who are confused (by God) in their own speech. God is not the author of their own confusion, he is the cause. That is what it says. But that does not mean...

If it is, it is. But we have the mind of Christ.

    Death of the High Priest

Having fulfilled the office of High Priest by those who portrayed Him before He came, Jesus ended their opportunity to flee the avenger of blood. That is to say, "there remains no longer any other sacrifice" for Israel. It also means that "once for all" means salvation for all other nations and...

    Death of the High Priest

This is true...but with the understanding that He did indeed die (on the cross). In essence, Jesus was alive with Israel in the flesh, but died and now is alive with us in spirit.

    Death of the High Priest

Yes...and good thoughts they are! As a word to Israel, it gives a deadline date to their salvation and refuge in Christ. As for those who come after, we can and must believe that He is alive.

    Bible alone

Your premise is flawed from the start. You do not understand His speech, and therefore have misstated it: Genesis 11:7 "Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.”

    Death of the High Priest

Joshua 20 The Cities of Refuge "20 The Lord also spoke to Joshua, saying, 2 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘Appoint for yourselves cities of refuge, of which I spoke to you through Moses, 3 that the slayer who kills a person accidentally or unintentionally may flee there; and they...

    Bible alone

That is a spiritless misunderstanding. Jesus only used Peter's experience of receiving knowledge from the Father as an example of what He would build His church upon. It was a lesson (if you can receive it) on just how His next dispensation by the Spirit would occur, just as it was foretold by...

Yes, I've been gone. Just busy in an upside down world, moved, etc. Glad to see you still here speaking good sense!

Still leaving much out of the scriptures. (Digging a bigger hole) ☹
  19. ScottA

    Bible alone

Wwelll...except you left out Peter announcing the fulfillment of Joel's prophecy of God pouring his Spirit out upon ALL fresh. Just to name one scripture.

Are you intending to claim that no one except the apostles has ever received the truth of God from the Holy Spirit?
