@April_Rose Should we pray for tribulation? "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations...

Did not Jesus himself show his appreciation for his Father with the implementation of what he said here? "...nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt." Matt 26:39 Whatever we have been doing or have wanted to be doing in and with ourselves, has it always equaled exactly God's will for us...

I am not really disagreeing with you here. Rather I would add that there are different parts of the Body of Christ with different functions. Not everyone knows initially what their own function is and some people seem to believe that are the Head of the Body as they decide for others what those...

Everyone who is to be part of the Body of Christ will be moving toward one another under the one Head, which Jesus our Lord.

I am glad that you care about the lives of children but I need to do no more research into the filth of government and the worlds of men. In the last few months people on this forum have posted more about all of that it seems to me than about Jesus. That focus has only recently changed some. We...

Burden of proof? Do we live for God by knowledge provable by the methods of man, such as the scientific method? What is faith? "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Heb 11:1 And from where do we get this faith? "So then faith cometh by hearing, and...

Man chose confusion [Babel or Babylon], the babylonish way when he disobeyed God in the beginning. God allowed but man did it to himself. That was the beginning but the immersion of men in their own way continued from that day to this one. "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace...

Amen! We are to be led by the Holy Spirit... not the leadership of any political organization in the worlds or men and their governments.

@My Dreams Praying now!

Yes, our "time" with Him will not end... It is beyond measure! When I go to thinking about my own history and some of the things I used to do when I was able to them with a little longing, the good Lord reminds me... "Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state...

If you look closely you will see that I took a picture of your lookout on mount Pilchuck about 50 years ago here: Actually my picture was taken in Germany of a castle fortress on a hill!

Praying for God to help them in this situation!

I miss that gardening thing. I started with my first tomato plant many years ago in California putting it into that wonderful soil during the early years of my marriage. It put forth lots of juicy red tomatoes for us. That was really a very long time ago, but after that I never missed planting...

Sounds profoundly friendly!

I only asked a question. You don't want to answer, that is your choice!

Special ones, no doubt!

In the very early days of this forum I was mostly busy on other forums. One was that CF so many tell bad stories about...I was an early member there. They did not kick me out. Rather they demoted me to a second class Christian... This was one of the places I found looking for a new a better...

Only a couple years difference.

I have been a member here since January of 2008. I don't know of anyone still active today who was a member before that. I only stayed active for a short time initially but I never quit the forum. I returned several years ago at the instigation of @Angelina and have been a regular here since...
