Do you realise that dead people keep the commandments? Even the Sabbath? So what would that mean for those who are dead in Christ, but raised with Him? Righteousness is doing what is right. Christ's righteousness is to be received by faith. Our actions reflect Christ's actions... His doing what...

NLP? taught in some seminaries.

Good questions cuz. First, the land beast is a nation. And it is of such influence that it is A. global and tyrannical (caused all the earth and them that dwell therein) B. A democracy of sorts (asked them to build an image) It's a nation that had horns in appearance of a lamb. Harmless... Non...

Didn't happen in 1948 or 1967. Don't expect a national revival to a Christ centered theocracy.

Men are saved by faith... Not by their nationality.

Revelation 12 is possibly the most beautiful chapter in Revelation. The woman, a picture of God's people in two stages... First Israel and then the church. First a literal local physical nation, then a spiritual global body, who in character are the image of Christ doing His works by faith...

No, the Bible is about Jesus, and how He has redeemed mankind from the power of sin.

Maybe we will get implanted. Maybe we'll even get tattoos. But the micro chip of the beast? The tattoo of the beast? How can people be so sure they know what the mark actually is and they have no clue as to who the beast is? In fact, the vast majority of those who believe the mark is a micro...

The following is a copy paste of an article I stole from @bbyrd009 . Thanks Mark. Let me tell you a story about racism. The first actual afro-latino valedictorian of Harvard Law School, Pedro Albizu Campos graduated in 1921. He graduated while simultaneously studying Literature, philosophy...

Mary is dead.

As an ex Catholic with friends and family who have little Mary shrines in their homes with candies and pretty pictures and statues I felt I needed to contribute. "Mary" had been known to appear to Muslims from time to time.

There are two major issues with this entire thread. First, most Protestants cannot effectively argue against Mary's supposed mediatorial because like Catholics, they believe the "soul" goes immediately to heaven thus disregarding the need to wait for the resurrection. Praying to the dead, even...

You profess to be agnostic yet so positive in your understanding of the character of God. Your profession is a lie. You do believe in God. Except the God you believe in doesn't exist. So I understand you confusion.

Oh. So you do know all the secrets of the infinite God? I know I don't. I'm one of those cockroaches and I know nothing of t everyone here as the Magellan cloud. Just that it's there. I would very much like to enlighten everyone here as to the nature of God and how the three persons of the...

Quote... The Pharisees attributed to satanic agencies the holy power of God, manifested in the works of Christ. Thus the Pharisees sinned against the Holy Ghost. Stubborn, sullen, ironhearted, they determined to close their eyes to all evidence, and thus they committed the unpardonable sin 5BC...

I still have a copy of a 15 yo newsletter from a group publicizing the Medjugorje apparitions I "borrowed" from the vestibule of the local Catholic church. In this newsletter there are several quotes from "Mary" which I am not surprised that even the Vatican would be dubious over...me, I'm more...

I love the fact that I still have the same tyres on my car from two years ago, and the tread on all of them looks like lasting another two years. Yep, an expense of retirement much curtailed. Just wait until lockdown is over though, I'm driving to Perth just for the sake of it lol.

Solomon says there is nothing new under the sun. Everything that happens today or tomorrow, also happened yesterday. History repeats. When Jesus walked the streets of Jerusalem, He was in a social atmosphere of religious and political conflict. There were armed insurrections...the political...

Conspiracy theory? No, just con.

I also remember videos of people collapsing in trains, restaurants, offices. Hospitals crowded with panicking people demanding attention then collapsing before doctors could attend to them. It was horrifying, dramatic, and yeah, I believed it. For a minute. But didn't see it in America. Or...
