    Here we go - Slavery

Well...I am glad you put it in the form of a question, because, obviously you do not understand. First, that was a time in history that humanity has long since overcome. One could surmise, that was God's plan, that humanity needed to learn to overcome it, to right the wrong that humanity made...

Could the disciples have lost their salvation?

No, their/your words are what compare them to those who also accused Christ. My reaction is justified. But you not seeing that, and defending and taking up with those who take up the same words...is pretty telltale too.

Could the disciples have lost their salvation?

Oh...now you who make the same accusations made against Christ, are some kind of expert. Yeah, right! That's a good one - oh, yer killing me!

Could the disciples have lost their salvation?

Yeah, wow, they said that to Jesus too! Oh, get outta here - you're just too much!

Could the disciples have lost their salvation?

Jesus did the same. But, really, you're too kind - Jesus really? I think I'm going to blush!

Could the disciples have lost their salvation?

God is spirit. "Overly spiritualizied fog", is like saying "too much God"...which is not the right reaction for one born of God. Fail. Thanks for your honest testimony.

Could the disciples have lost their salvation?

You are describing yourself as falling into the pattern of those who killed the prophets. What I have presented is not without scriptural precedence, of which I have quoted much, and it is exactly the method by which God brings about the next revelation in sequence. But, hey, go ahead and keep...

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

That is all a look at the internal manifestation or likeness, but for the actual "cause" or an abomination to God, we must go external and beyond the world, where there is only one abomination that causes desolation.

Are Pastors Teaching a Watered-Down Gospel?

"The time is at hand. He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”

Are Pastors Teaching a Watered-Down Gospel?

Yeah, and I was generous at that. I was more like 20 seconds on the mystery of God and marriage.

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

Says he who seems to have missed that no one is superior except Christ, but that God chooses the non-superior [individual] to deliver His revelations. Oh, and the one who has not figured out that the scriptures must be discerned spiritually, and takes it literally, even though the word itself...

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

My use of the book being sealed, was the to show the irony of those who insist on a literal meaning. Why don't you just tell me about 1986?

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

    Area Operations Director - cool!

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

If I have pointed out what should be obvious but is not, I guess name-calling is to be expected of you.

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

You have me confused with someone else. I didn't accuse God of anything. But, just curious: What's an "AOD?" (Like I should know)
  16. ScottA

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

"Then the book is delivered to one who is illiterate, saying, “Read this, please.” ...And he takes it literally, disregarding the fact that "it is sealed."
  17. ScottA

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

The point is...all of that, including anything that may have happened in 1986, are simply the manifest effects...and not the cause of desolation.

What is the "Abomination of Desolation"?

You too are confusing the effect with the cause.

Are Pastors Teaching a Watered-Down Gospel?

I didn't get into the sermon...but YES, Pastors are teaching a watered-down gospel. The church my wife and I attend regularly has a great reputation as being biblical. But even today the pastor preached on Ephesians 5 giving 45 minutes to the marriages of men and women, and 30 seconds to the...
