I guess it's just coincidence that a few months after being released from captivity and bondage, Israel was released also from those things that captivity had imposed upon them. Loving not the things of this world was not just a NT maxim it seems. And I guess this thread is about earrings...

Ear rings, nose rings, nipple piercing, whole body tattoos, cosmetics, fashionable clothing, all manner of jewelry, rock music, tobacco, cannabis, wine and beer, of course a young man or young woman can entertain all these things and remain a Godly person. Yeah, it's only the religious who...

When they stop serving their demonic masters.

There seem to be some legitimate concerns about some side effects and the urgency with which we need to respond to symptoms... Whether we think we or others are infected or not. And whether we think it's a hoax... Or not. Or whether we think it's a deliberate act of war... It not. Either way...I...

Please explain why receiving this particular mark is any different from the millions who have tattoos all over their bodies. Why is this particular mark so offensive to God more than any other sin that men have been committing for centuries if it is just a physical mark on the skin? And why is...

Was John writing for those of his day... Out was he writing to warm us who are reading him now?

You fellas know that formaldehyde is a disinfectant tight? And that it has been used in vaccines for babies for many years yeah?

There are things going on far deeper, more prophetic, and far more significant than what you can observe and deduce simply by watching the news.

Yeah, I know. I've heard and read the same thing. Just seems to me a contradiction. Like many it seems, I don't know any longer what to believe. And maybe even that is intentional. After all, Babylon means confusion right?. Partake of that wine, imbibe, soak in the information and focus on the...

While I fall short of stating categorically that the virus was a deliberate release, do not underestimate the continuing intimate relationship and common goals between the highest leaders of all Nations. They all belong to the same secret societies and share the same ambitious goal to formulate...

Yet there seems to be a contradiction there also. Don't viruses and bacteria thrive in humid conditions? Which is why they swab the nasal cavity to find it? Are Eskimos more susceptible then? Every heard of influenza viruses wipng out Inuit villages?

The impression I'm getting from you is you don't understand the relationship between faith and works. You don't seem to understand that neither faith nor works stand independently from one another. They are interdependent. The kind of works required by God and the faith needed to accomplish...

The current counsel from the authorities is to frequently wash hands. It seems that soap gets rid of the virus. Shall we start eating soap perhaps?

Yes, no argument. But you are missing what I am asking if you. You posted a series of scriptures referencing things we must do in order to be saved. Not one of them mentioned faith. So, I'm asking, how does faith relate to those scriptures... To the works they speak of? Are faith and works...

Yeah, well, I sort of agree, but what I was asking was how does faith explicitly relate to those scriptures you quoted? After all, they only speak of works... Where's the faith?

Tis interesting. I've been here in Oz for 3 and a half years and the only snakes I've seen was in the reptile shop. Maybe they saw me coming and scarpered. That I don't mind.

I see faith as the sole vehicle through which we may become the men and women God desires for us to be. It is a reliance upon Him to do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. It is a deep abiding trusting submission to His will and a total relinquishing of our own vain prideful thinking that...

Actually, you do have snakes in NZ. A small colony of Aussie imports have been residing in the gold fields on the west coast since the 1800s. Google it.

None of the scriptures quoted are wrong, but where does faith come into the equation?
