You're mean.

Ah revelation.... I've never read all of it. Thanks. I'll read your verse.

HI M It's nice that you could have this conversation with the other member,,, But you came up with what we've been saying all along. So does it help you to know Greek? Has it changed your beliefs at any time?

Personally I don't think it's necessary to dicuss grammar and Greek, etc. The N. T. Is clear in the english, or Italian, or Spanish... You get the idea. God is spirit,,, not a language lesson.

I agree with you. Trent was answering to the reformation.

Modern people use the phone for Phoning Texting Video Photographs And replying to persons on forums. Much trouble to post images.... So you do it.

Huh? I don't challenge people, I talk to them.

This is not the real Marlboro man. Could you post him please. You know who I mean.... I'm on a phone...

I hope I see the other thread. But life experience is also important. I mean, sometimes we hang onto every single word in the bible and not every single word is in there! John said that if he wrote everything it would fill up many books. Will look for the other thread...

A thousand years? Is this in the bible? When Jesus returns it's the end of the world. The dead will arise and get their glorified bodies, and we will also...meeting them in the "sky". When does this happen according to you? Last question!

I agree with you. But I also need to say that Paul said not to get drunk with anything. Galatians 5:21 and others This would include anything that changes our character or causes us to become addicted and face many problems. After all, God's word is meant to protect us from this world. So...

Your post 93 was clearly aimed at me. I said nothing to warrant your reply. When I asked you about it...you pretty much said if the shoe fits, wear it. This is the first time I've ever spoken to you. I'm sorry that you misunderstood everything I said... but you also should not have assumed...

Well, let me assure you ND, that not ALL catholic clergy agrees with what you've posted. The CC, its magesterium, does teach that we must believe all dogma.... I've NEVER heard spoken that we must believe that there are 73 books in the bible instead of 66. There is a solution if one...

It's lovely! A real English garden. I'm from New York...we have manicured gardens over there and we have one here that my husband and I put together. We had to get a gardener last year. I really liked taking care of it myself. But the back...And hubby can't anymore. Oh well. It's still...

What do you mean by the Kingdom on earth? I'll tell you right now that I don't know too much eschatology, but just a little. Don't you believe that when the world ends, God will resurrect our bodies and we will be living in a "real" place?

Don't you want to be just like her? What does this image tell you about this woman? Isn't it illegal to advertise cigarettes these days?

LOL Ditto. I feel the same! I forgot about gardening...yeah, I used to love that too. God is good. He let's us experience letting go of things a little bit at a time so we don't go into shock!

So you waste your time posting NOTHING? Please don't assume you know anything about me. Thanks.

Yes, it's a rather mixed up theology.

OK. Check what I highlight above. And then just read the one sentence I'll give you. Notice that we ARE predestined...but for what? These verses speak about HOW we are saved..... NOT WHO is saved. 1. We are chosen IN HIM. 2. We are predestined to be holy and blameless. 3. We are predestined...
