Hi there...I am not sure that I have ever posted to you..have I ?ha! Anyway...You quoted "by no means lose their reward"...that to me sound much the same as " not blotting out their name from The Book of Life.." Except one is speaking about salvation..and one is speaking about rewards..two...

I am both Spirit baptised and water baptised. In our early days we encouraged our young people/converts to be water baptised. 1) Marking a day in their lives where they demonstrated going under into a watery grave, and raised into a new life of The Spirit. This day is so good , because it...

Good. So in fact it can be read both ways...for we know there was no punctuation. So is it saying:- These all died in faith.. .. OR is it saying "These all died in faith.... One saying ..which my husband believes ..they all died. I believe it is saying that they died in faith (ie. to...

Excellent!

As I have said elsewhere....the bible is the spoken word of God...and it becomes alive and powerful under the anointing of the Holy Spirit... When it is in our mouth anointed by God, it is the word of God TODAY. You could lay your bible on the head of someone bound by the devil and nothing...

I think Paul mention being caught up to the third heaven and hearing things that he was not permitted to utter. Maybe others too have had lesser dramatic experiences...just because we haven't, doesn't nullify their experience. It is the life that they live and the fruit that shows ,which...

@Stranger Good opening post...food for thought. I believe God ( as it says , IS LOVE) is a Lover. What was the purpose of creating mankind? I think, to love and be loved. Fellowship, union. He "walked" in the Garden in the cool of the evening with Adam. So I think that He gave us a will...

NO!! ".... So shall My word be that goeth forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." I have never seen a person delivered by just quoting the written scriptures to them ...but I...

Amen...well said.... ...and, by the way the font you used in post makes it so much more easier to read. :)

Yep...fixed. :)

That is a new one to me...Reconstructionists!! Sounds a little legalistic...legalism, control, and dominance were the reason we left the movement we were in. The vision itself I could witness to....but the control of the peoples lives and finances....caused to disagree with so much. When the...

Excellent post. I just this moment responded to someone in a different thread who is disagreeing with me. That was done so very politely and without any ' you are wrong and I am right' attitude. Like you...I am too tired now tonight..but I made a note of his post, ( or I will forget and not be...

@FHII Great post thank you , and great "food for thought"...I am tired now too... it is moving closer to midnight and I must go to work tomorrow...( far too old to still be working...but its for my son-in-law ) I am making a note of this post ( if I don't write it down I can't remember where...

Not sure if you are referring to Amadeus' post or the opening post? :) The Movement that we were in for many years..believed and taught Overcoming , .. Dominion...Son's of God.. I believe it, I see it in the scriptures...(although we are no longer in that movement now.) For sure God's plan...

Amen to that...we can but pray..prayer works if there is a teachable , hungry spirit. ✟

I'd hardly call it anonymous my name is attached. But you were topight to know that I mainly had you in mind. Why do you feel so justified in challenging everyone. You never trust that any of your brothers or sisters actually believe that they can hear from God , however much that you think...
