I have a question. Why do some people not have any ability at all to have a conversation without having to 'challenge' everyone else about everything any person writes!!

I am watching this thread unfold..gotta go now though...I've been on here far too long today ha! later....

I could tell that. Facebook has changed so much over the last year...too much politics now I only keep it for friends , and family overseas , so we can swap photo's etc. Plus I like all the pages about England, it fixes my homesickness bug. I just sent you a Fall photo from here.. close to our...

Back to the OP. I am so glad that you wrote imho because that is all it is..your opinion! Not one of us could call ourselves Christians if we had not heard God's Voice calling us to Him. So your argument is a bucket with holes in it! How would YOU know who is, or who is not "quenching the...

Why not..you are as good as anyone. BTW your avatar looks a lot like you...yep, I snooped you on facebook....LOL No getting away form me now. :D I did not send a friend request just in case you blocked me...but I found you okay. :)

I think there are levels of Christians...it's obvious.. We get the true believers , I call them the believing believers. The 100% ers. Then there is the 60% ers... Believers, but just riding a bed of roses into heaven... Then the 30%ers ...Sundays only. Then the rest of the bunch...carnal...

You wont like my answer...but hey...that's what we are here for eh..to chat. I just can't get as intense as some people do...they post like it is life or death to them to prove their point. But that is all it is..just 'their point' and their view. So..yes, I do believe that God showed me...

Not 'since Jesus' but....What about Enoch?

The Bible is the written words that God spoke to anointed men. THIS IS THE WORD. John 1 1 "In the beginning was The Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. HE was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In...

@DPMartin Yay...excellent post! Totally agree. But, it can either 'be seen' or it remains unseen. Just like the endless Faith v works' and 'we must keep the commandments and reach perfection' crowed...they seem to be in every gathering. Like salvation...how can you get eyes open who...

@ScottA Only just noticed that you wrote a book a few years ago....I have just ordered it on Amazon. I love reading...next to posting on this site :D :D :) Our Canadian winters are long...so I read a lot.

I love God 1) Because since a tiny child I always believed He was 'there'. ( probably because we were made to say our bedtime prayers to Him. ) 2) Mainly because I called out to Him to reveal Himself to me ( in my 20's) and He answered me!! It was only years later I learned that no man...

Me too..no one can unbelieve once they have actually had them in the same room. :) Not something to easily forgotten. I just read your link to the other thread...awesome! :)

But does it? Hebrews 1:14 - Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? I found this verse interesting. The shall be also speaks to me of the yet unsaved. Because God wills that all men everywhere come to the knowledge of the...

I don't need to post in this thread...but just say - All that @ScottA said in all of his posts . Amen! My work done in this thread.. :) Bless you...

This is just the same old Mulberry bush said in a different way. You know very well if you have read any of my posts that I have never said that we do "nothing". That is stupid. Last week I posted a Thread ...about overcoming...Revelation 3 clearly show what our work of overcoming is...

Then you must have collected many ...opinions... :D I have never heard one that ever witnessed with me deep down in my heart. Just a lot of 'hopefuls' , but they miss the mark. It is probably the thing that sits between our own ears...The Internet comes close to being The Beast. LOL

Haha! I will just have to add you to my prayer list, that your eyes may be opened to everything that Jesus did 'for you'. :p

I think that we are probably just wasting our time here. I wish there were some new threads going on. As I read your posts , You seem to have a mixture of old and new. You say that you know that we cannot keep the law..and your next breath you are saying that God demands that we do. As I...

Can't be said clearer than that. ✟
