    Who are the guests?

The point in this context is that the "flesh" is spiritually the child of the bond woman, but the spirit the child of the free.

    Who are the guests?

Praise God - that's great! Yes, the flesh would hold us back from ever choosing the spirit of God. But this choice has been presented since Moses told Israel, "I have placed before you life and death, therefore, choose life." It's a choice.

    Who are the guests?

Actually, I was referring to the fact that some choose the flesh and others choose the spirit - some are of the bond woman, and some are of the free.

    What constitutes the Church?

With "all language" there is confusion. But given the choice which Christ gave, whether to choose to build upon and follow Peter or upon the spirit of God (both being part to Christ's statement), we each choose to follow the flesh or the spirit of God, according to our kind. So we have chosen...

    Who are the guests?

I answered quick...but should have added, that as a result of men's choosing to follow both the flesh and the spirit, the church as it is these days is made up of those who will enter the kingdom, and also those who will not (those who do not know Christ in spirit and will be told "I never knew...

    Who are the guests?

I would leave Nebuchadnezzar's dream out of it, as it's interpretation is not without confusion during these times. The definition of Christ's Church as He stated it, is much easier to follow. Jesus proclaimed that His Church would be built upon the rock (not build with hands), which is not...

    Who are the guests?

The "garment" (covering) is Christ. Which means the only attendees are those who may be in the presence of God...with in turn, means those who are without Christ cannot enter in. So, that means the only ones who attend the marriage ceremony of the Lamb are: God the Father, the Son, the Holy...

    Hi all, I'm Dan...

Welcome Dan! Forums are a modern form of what is manifest from on high - a spiritual war put into words. Take care in what you say. Let the Holy Spirit speak, or be silent (as was the counsel of the apostle Paul to the church, that church which is on earth). Nonetheless, we know Who wins. Let...

Why did God love and forgive David so?

What? Indeed...but only because he fit the desire of the people, whom chose to have a man over them instead of God alone.

    Who are the guests?

If I may... "The Bride that comes out of the Church..." would rather be spelled with a lower case "c", as all who are in the church are not of God, not of His spirit. These are those who will be told, "I never knew you."

Why did God love and forgive David so?

David was not a man after God's own heart because of anything that David did, but rather because God had chosen him. Unlike any other nation of the world, Israel had God over them, and other nations had kings over them - men. Israel, not knowing or appreciating that they had it better than all...

Can anybody really tell what time it is?

Wrong. You have answer as a man of flesh, while you yourself wish to test my spirit. Therefore, I will not answer your questions. Jesus is rather the Son of David spiritually, wherein David prophesied of Him by the spirit of God, saying, "My Lord said unto my Lord."

    Who are the guests?

Matthew 22 The Parable of the Wedding Feast 22 And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables and said: 2 “The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, 3 and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding; and they were not...

    Who are the guests?

That is the part I was referring to as possibly being confusing. But, it is there that Jesus goes back to the parable meaning in the greater detail - but it is just an aspect of the original premise. He was using the common understanding of a wedding [as on earth] which only goes so far to show...

    Who are the guests?

Yes, there is more. I almost included those looking on who have not committed to being in the marriage. But the simplicity of the parable would perhaps be lost in such detail. So, first and foremost, it is in the end, that the angels are the only real guests...and those who were invited but...

Matthew 24:28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

Can anybody really tell what time it is?

Answer me this one question, and if you answer correctly, I will answer your three: “How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the Son of David?

    Who are the guests?

You must be referring to the parable of the wedding. It's just a parable, an example, a word picture. Jesus says it is only "like" a marriage. The only answer would be the angels.

Can anybody really tell what time it is?

If we are "in Him" and "weak"...so is He. He lowered Himself, came for us.
