    Peter Was Never The Rock

    Yes.

    Peter Was Never The Rock

The point is...only Jesus has the authority. As the Lord himself said, "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you Another Helper (meaning One), that He may abide with you forever—" - not: another, and another, and another...

When is the wedding? bridechamber/ bridegroom/ consummation?

The church does not wed as a marriage finale at the end of days, but each comes "in his own order" (in his own time). So...if one's grand father or mother became One with Christ - they are wed. And if one is now One with Christ, they too are wed. But if one has not come to Christ yet, but will...

    Free Will

Free will is greatly misunderstood. The term assumes that life is a journey, that we have time to change our course. But it's nothing like that. Life in the world is a manifestation, not of what will be, but of what "is." We are not journeying, but orating from a book that is already written...

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

By light and energy...which is something and therefore not nothing, but rather nothing of it's own. Also, nothing of the typical definition of space, time, or matter, but, as it is written: "vanity" (nothing). Are you wanting me to quote Genesis? Because that seems quite ridiculous. We both know...

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

You're missing the point. The world is an "image" of things on high. So, just as we do not worship the Bible, but worship the God of the bible - the world is likewise, little more than ink on paper...and not to be held in high regard in and of itself.

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

You are mixing things up. The 1000 years is a different matter. But the new heaven and earth is no more a "cleansing of this world" any more than the Temple is being remade of earthly stones. Neither is true. The new heaven and the new earth, and the temple are all spirit, as God is spirit - we...

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

That speaks of God...but you were speaking of space, time, and matter. So...God "always existed", but matter, etc., no.

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

Okay...so how would you define each differently? Perhaps you could offer a for instance?
  10. ScottA

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

You speak of the conjectures of men. "Always existed", is and explanation limited to the context of this world. Even we can and have created such limited contexts - certainly God can and has done more. When we write a book, it has a beginning and an end and a timeline and a sphere of their own...

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

Some see and some touch. Those who see, see the world, and those who touch, touch the earth. Like mind and body. But the sphere is one. To each a parable.

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

    Which point is that?

    What is Truth?

It helps to understand that the plan of God [in fact] utilizes confusion and all of the division that is obvious here and in the world. It was God who confused all language (the media used here) world wide...for a reason. The reason is, that all people over all generations would have an equal...

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

Those who are in Christ have already left the world, and will also leave the earth. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

Okay, so you are asking a question, but obviously you actually just want to make a point - so again, I say, Make your point (and please stop fishing and then criticizing when you don't hear what you want to hear). As for "actual" light...there is nothing actual but the spirit. "These things we...

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

Whether hand or fist, it is one.

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

I do not dismiss any words from God, not older, not newer. But what you have just described of God being light, is a parable, an explanation by John to show the contrast of good verses evil with a fitting example. Regardless, the world is not all light just because God said, "Let there be...

    Einstein's greatest blunder wasn't a blunder

Your position and logic would appear to lean greatly toward the physical, which of course is substantiated everywhere within the context of what is created (made), as well as within much of scripture, being relative to the ecclesiastical subject matter. But that doesn't even begin to define the...

Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you...

Time, being the illusion that it is (even scientifically)...the only before and after from God's perspective, is the cross (salvation).
