I already refuted your claim. Now we are just doing laps on ground already covered.

    Three Days?

Here is where different translations are helpful. "Special" implies different from general. 31 This day was Preparation day. The next day was a special Sabbath day. John 19:31 (ERV)

    Once Saved Always Saved

Sad but predictable reply, sweep away the offending verse (John 15:1-2) and replace it with a verse you prefer (Romans 11 in this case). Then pretend I am arguing against Romans rather than FOR John 15:1-2.

    Once Saved Always Saved

Your take on the Scripture already provided was not convincing in the least. YOU are the salt of the Earth. It's so odd how you pivoted on the word Earth. What lost flavor was not Earth but the salt, believers. It's OK that you do not grasp the concept. Have a blessed day.

    Once Saved Always Saved

Wow are you confused! Hebrews 10:26 does not talk about salvation but the sacrifice that does NOT EXIST for sins. Hebrews 10:26 specifically undermines your theological construct of OSAS. You would do well to re-read Hebrews 10. How in the world could you think one could not lose their salvation...

    Three Days?

The inability to count is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. No one (in the western world) considers the day a baby turns 1 year old to be the day the baby was born but 1 year after the birth event. My first day on the job is not my one year anniversary on the job. Granted, I'm mixing days and years but the...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

The will of the Father is a great many things! For me, when I was sealed by the Holy Spirit, I received revelation. It was not anything for the world by very personal. Think about the guy who touched the blind Paul after being on the road to Damascus. I was even given a vision. My choice was a...

    Once Saved Always Saved

I like what you wrote but disagree. Although the plane departs in the future, I have the ticket now. We have the ticket now even though we do not need it until later, Judgment Day. We can be confident of our future now, boldly approaching the throne of God. 3 Blessed is God, the Father of our...

    Once Saved Always Saved

You are in denial. What you are in denial of is RECEIVED but later Rejected. For if we deliberately go on sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, Hebrews 10:26

For free will believers out there

No sir! What I said is in perfect alignment with Acts 4:12.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Well, that was not my question. My question was about the relationship between REAL faith and actions. “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. Matthew 7:21

Does it concern you that gospels were written so many years after Jesus died?

While I saw it the same way, there may have been some exchanges with the moderators that made his maturity level clearer - and insufficient for the intent of this forum.

I already did. If you disregard Jesus' words on salt losing its flavor, a vine that is not productive destined for the fire, and not all that call him lord, lord, bless your heart.

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

I know there is a lot of definitions thrown around in this thread. My pastor recently differentiated between faith and belief. Belief is not tied to action but faith is. Is this the meaning you had in mind in using the word faith in the above post?

    Once Saved Always Saved

Yes, it does. Scripture indeed teaches that salvation can be lost. This is the meaning of Jesus talking about salt that has lost its flavor or vines that do not produce fruit are meant for the fire. How do you construe these verses to NOT mean salvation can be lost?

    What purpose does it serve?

Not sure how you come to this conclusion. Are you referring to practicing Christians or in name only? Do you have a link to a statistical study? Does this study delve into Christian women being too heavy handed with men? I do. There is a verse that says man is the glory of God but women are...

    What purpose does it serve?

How does the shoe fit to say women have to earn being loved?

    What purpose does it serve?

Why is it OK to talk about men in this thread but not women?

    Once Saved Always Saved

    Do you mean idolatry?

    What purpose does it serve?

Absolutely not! That is feminist dogma. If you read Ephesians there is no conditions in the covenant for either man or woman.
