Definitely a concerning situation. Though I don’t have any issue with natural products like weed personally it should be treated like alcohol and not given to minors or used by those operating vehicles or going to work. Cocaine is always bad, especially in this era of fentanyl being added in. My dad bought two pain pills from someone last Dec and he overdosed and they tried to cover up the evidence and let him die while they erased texts, robbed him of his money and tried to go through his truck. Drug use is more dangerous than ever.
But your sister needs better help than what all can give. She will keep on making bad choices. Those people may be 21 and she’s 17 and that’s not bad. That’s pretty normal. But they may be 28 and she’s 14 and that’s not normal. Men tend to be more dangerous than women. If she’s hanging out with drug abusing much older men she’s making very bad and dangerous choices. Young women go missing all the time. I would get her a counselor
