All people will become believers in Christ and gain permanent life.

“…one said unto [Jesus], Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” (Luke 13:23-24)

Those who commit sexual immorality will suffer punishment for their crimes. However, the punishment will not last forever

“…do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality…” (1 Corinthians 6:9)

it’s only temporary as eventually all people, yes even those who have committed sexual immorality, will become believers in Christ

“And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.” (Matthew 25:33)

“And these [goats] shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.” (Matthew 25:46)
