It's like California not that many years ago. A major power company caused a huge ranging blackout.
The wind farms people thought would preclude that type of impact on communities was of no help.
That's when news groups started reporting those giant blades on the windmills were powered by the grid that failed.

And also,remember all the EV's that failed during a savage winter in the states not that long ago?
In some cases there were so many disabled EV's that areas around the U S looked like a parking lot.
