Romans 5 reveals Jesus to be the second representative of the human race; a representative who regained the kingdom with victory. Adam on the other hand was our first representative who lost the kingdom God had given him; he failed and brought death....Jesus brought life.an·ti·type | \ ˈantə̇ˌtīp, -tē- also -(ˌ)tī-, ˈaan- \
Definition of antitype
1: something that corresponds to or is foreshadowed in a type
Adam is a figure of Christ.
Adam does something that Christ does. Adam presages the thing Christ will later do - he is a foreshadow of the substance which is Christ.
Satan brought death to all: through Adam, by deceiving Adam's wife and thereby forcing Adam into making a certain decision.
Adam is not called a figure of Satan. he is called a figure of Christ.
there is a trial in Genesis 3 and Woman & Adam ((two witnesses)) testify that Satan is a liar and a murderer. Satan is cursed, Adam & Eve are not.
God hears their confessions and then sheds the blood of an innocent soul to make new coverings for them. ((repentance & substitutionary atonement)).
God does not do this for Satan.
In Adam all die, in Jesus all are made alive.
Are what A&E said confession or pronouncements of blame?
Does God really shed innocent blood of anything?
