And AI lacks consistency at times because God is not in it or because inconsistent humans programmed it?

Wouldn't matter who programmed it; rather, who is it consecrated to? Every action runs to some purpose. If that purpose is not for the building of God's kingdom, then it is for the building of a rival kingdom. There is no neutrality.
