Wouldn't matter who programmed it; rather, who is it consecrated to? Every action runs to some purpose. If that purpose is not for the building of God's kingdom, then it is for the building of a rival kingdom. There is no neutrality.

That was my first thought too. He is correct that we have no example in scripture of it ever happening. However, there is a future prophecy in which it may at least appear to happen that breath is given to an image.

Playing with AI is like goofing around with a loaded handgun whose barrel is twisted to point back at you.

AI developers are striving to make an omniscient entity that people will rely upon, obey, and worship.

Technology is not always innocent. Some tech is inherently evil — nuclear weapons, torture chambers, gender reassignment surgery, genetically modified food, lab produced poisons, germ warfare, abortion, etc.

AI is like a drug people experiment with, get addicted, and go into cognitive decline, especially younger individuals.

Ok guys, I took computer science classes in the 1980's. I saw the techies into computers, and then software developers finally made word processors. I saw more and more obsessed with their computers. Them computers stores popped up right and left. I saw the worship beginning. Every year, people buying the latest and greatest. Then amazing the intel Pentium, I saw drooling over that thing. I got a building automation job in the late 80's. I was the only computer guy for a long time, in a slew of IBM electric type writers. But, in the 90's here came the desktop computers and computer classes. More and more tech people became more obsessed. Am I describing you guys. Facebook, and other evil programs, and porn everywhere, and that's the devil folks. So, AI is nothing new, its the latest and greatest of a long line of anything to get you attention off Jesus. I should add, we are shutting stores down by ordering on line. More are using uber for food.

Now, look and the obsession with phones. People drive an hour back home to get their phone they left. We have AI intelligence on our computers and phones. It seems the governments want you to be obsessed over your phone so you won't be without it. Now, police know where you are, AT&T has everyone voice print and your cell phone number is your new social security. And lots and lots more. Your cell just might be the mark of the beast, if you think about it.

I’m not sure of the word originally used in Greek and how it would compare to the Hebrew word and meaning of God giving breath to man. Might be interesting to someone who’s big on that sort of research. Satan can possess humans (like Judas) and with the evil spirits that come out of the mouths of the false prophet and the other human, but to give breath to “an image?” I don’t know. An image of satan, for sure, but maybe fakery?

Yes. Some individuals respond only with long sycophantic quotes from AI that congratulate them and tells them only what they want to hear. Because AI always reinforces their opinion, they think they are correct, with an impartial external authority supporting their ideas in a grandiose manner.

It will not be as God did in Genesis with man.

Think of the simplistic form/function of breath = breath in, breath out

Since the "image" is not a biological being it does not require oxygen.

What it does require is information to take in and to speak out.

The data base of information is the "breath" that gives it the ability to "speak"

This is the same methodology that God used when HE created Adam, except that Adam became a biological living being.

Adam also became a "living soul"

AI is not a "living soul" BUT it has a worldwide data base of information FROM "living souls" from which it SPEAKS
