The people are classified as nodes in the system, and the Data Centers are designed to "run" the "people" - every person, every brain, worldwide.
By 2013, the brain reading technology, now referred to as Brain Fingerprinting, had become so flawless at reading people’s minds, that an NIH article stated, a “0% error rate was obtained”; 100% accurate, no false negatives or false positive results...this was over a decade ago, my friends.

Brain fingerprinting field studies comparing P300-MERMER and P300 brainwave responses in the detection of concealed information

Like I said, they do not drink water. The have a system of water that recirculates and cools. They can fill the system slowly so it does not impact the residence.
Not completely. In a certain sense, they consume water and need new fresh water supplied.

In standard open-loop evaporative cooling systems, roughly 80% of the water evaporates into steam and escapes into the atmosphere.

As water is recycled, heat causes salt, bacteria, and mineral deposits to build up. To prevent clogs and corrosion, operators must flush out some of this over-cycled water (called blowdown) and add fresh water.

Current industry tracking indicates that while a high percentage of water, within certain loops, is recirculated on-site, net consumption remains significant due to evaporation and wastewater discharge.

From the OP:
What Are Data Centers Doing?
Data Centers process the voluminous data streams necessary for RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring).

The ubiquitous cell phones and towers, cameras and trackers aren't about national security or stopping crime; they are a business venture. A business venture which, unlike police, do not need a warrant to record in public, log Bluetooth signals, or run biometric scans on us while we walk our dogs. And in this endeavor, the product isn't actually the cameras; the product is us and the data we produce is the currency. Like mining Bitcoin, we must be mined to produce this currency. Our eyes, our faces, our earbuds, our vehicles and tires, our doorbells, our TV's, our vacuum cleaners, our appliances, our thermostats, our computers, phones, and tablets, the article we read on lunch break, the type of milk in our refrigerator, the route we take to drive to work, if we completely stopped at the stop sign or exceeded the speed limit, the early morning phone call to the orthodontist, smart meter data, our receipt from the grocery store, every song we listen to, the text message we sent to our brother to ask if he wants to go to a football game, the AirTag on our keyring, whether we walked up the stairs briskly or slowly, what time we made coffee, what we said to our spouse during an argument, what medications we are on, what movie we watched on Friday night, if our vehicles are insured, and if our eyes lost contact with the road while we drove - it is all currency and it all must be harvested. They are the farmers, and we are their crop. And this currency has been in the works for a very long time.

DARPA's LifeLog database was to include credit card purchases, websites visited, the content of telephone calls and e-mails sent and received, scans of faxes and postal mail sent and received, text messages sent and received, books and magazines read, television and radio selections, physical location recorded via wearable GPS sensors, biomedical data captured through wearable sensors and internal sensors, and more. Our lives were to be logged; each action we take is to be accounted for, and the government, along with their contractors, are the accountants of this currency. And guess who is leading the way with facial recognition built into phones? None other than Facebook! This means as you stroll through the grocery store while on your cell phone, Facebook can log every person who walks by, which takes it to yet another level. People who come within "proximity" to you can be remotely manipulated to act out against you, without their (or your) conscious awareness. Presently, only a relative few are being forced to act against their own morality, but as the neurotechnology within the body increases, and wireless transmitters proliferate (e.g. cell masts, cell phones, routers, ad nauseum), the possibilities for manipulation and control become virtually limitless. Entire regions of the population can be manipulated (or eliminated) via frequency.

I enjoy posting music videos.
I'm too old to worry about being Manipulated.
Without Data Centers you might as well give up your phones and everything else that runs off the internet.
I suppose it's a choice we all have to make.

If they're God-honoring, then by all means!

I'm too old to worry about being Manipulated.
According to the word of God, the older are supposed to be the wiser. I can't speak for you, but I have no desire, especially in my later years, to be someone else's monkey.

It is intended that one would simply acquiesce to that "convenience" - as Satan continues to vie for our free will choice.

Poor choices have been presenting themselves from our youth. And one poor choice usually begets another and yet another... Pretty soon, we're up to our eyeballs in the consequences of those poor choices. One's use of wireless toys weapons is but one such trap.

I don't have a cell phone; I use an internet cafe; I live in an area that has no detectable wireless signals - all choices I had made earlier rather than later.

Q: Why does it matter?
A: Because men in bondage make poor witnesses.

I suppose it's a choice we all have to make.
Rather, the vast majority have already made that choice - regardless of what truth has since been revealed to them.

Not all music is what some would say "God" honoring and yet hold a lot of truth in them.
It's got to be the rhythm and the beat and the message.

I was being sarcastic when I said Man- ipulated. I'm twice widowed and don't intend to try for a third. :D
Although I do take care of my 91 year old father, so there still some manipulating going on.
Bedelia, where's my cake!!
I think that was a twilight zone skit or something.

I don't have a cellphone. I do have a laptop ever since my tabletop computer died on me. I prefer the computer to the laptop.
But whatever is available I guess.

Somethings we just can't stop, and not everything lasts forever.
Tomorrow we will be arguing whether we should take personal flights to mars and how much carbon that will put into the universe.

Don't fret the little things, they will take care of themselves in time.
Money will run out and we will be left with big warehouses empty and ready for people who have no means of communication other than face to face, as it should be, to occupy them.

I just don't take too many things too seriously today.
Except my music.
:D
And with one click of a button, instantly because of data centers I can hear this:

Hugs
And the song that follows isn't bad either. lol
I love my instruments.
