Nowhere is that found in scripture - despite how many passages you post. The author of John Claimed that Jesus Pre-Existed - and Jesus is presented by this author in this light - but not to the point of Jesus outright saying this.
The problem is that the Jesus of the the synoptic is presented in a different light - not preincarnate. I think you may be borderline putting words in the mouth of our Lord.

What is the point of this question other than to divert from the topic of the Flood - and how things did not happen that way .. unless of course you wish to brand God and/or Satan as having planted evidence to create chaos in the minds of would be believers.

Paul taught there are 2 Adam's as a scriptural summary.
They were both made by God.
Both were God's sons.
Both were made sinless, but capable of sin.
The 1st Adam failed.
The last Adam succeeded by an external power(Holy Ghost inside).
God did not become neither Adam, as the RCC teaches God became the 2nd Adam(incarnation theory).
This idea debunks the Bible theme and the words of Jesus in most passages("my God", 'God is a Spirit", "only God is good' etc.).
This is why everyone goes astray from the original theme.
What does Peter have to do with this ? - Peter was not written by Peter - Pseudepigrapha. and the author was going on the basis that the flood story was true.. so just quoting the bible.. so this does not make the author a liar. What makes him a Pious Fraud is attaching Peter's name to his penmanship.
but yes .. the story in the Bible is false .. and we can't call the author's liars either because they were just writing what they had heard .. they did not know it was not true ..
Once again your brain is twisted in knots .. desperately trying to demonize "the Other" - rather than confront the information presented.
You might do better in a JW forum. You would agree with them more.

Yeah .. and what else other than this vague statement ... against the backdrop of the entirety of the Synoptics not even coming close to saying such a thing .. and in fact presenting a contrary picture of Jesus.
After the fact penmanship perhaps ? One has to wonder if some later scribe took liberties ..as was so often done in many places in the Bible.
I say sketchy but .. OK .. we will give you one passage that does look like it might suggest pre-existence..

No, the JW teaches Jesus is Michael, and that God does NOT fully indwell his little angel body, similar to you incarnationists.
I teach that God is inside His only begotten son, governing creation THROUGH the body of His son, yet allowing His son to still remain an individual with a God as per Rev 3:12 etc.
Did you ever read John?
John 1 The Word was God. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.
Jesus is God! And you're more JW than Christian.
